Not your run of the mill courtyard. It appears to have been a diffrent brand hotel previously that has been renovated and added on too. Booked this room the day of arrival through Priceline for $40/night. Marriott's website was offering $99/night. Property is large (more than 200 rooms) but still feels welcoming. Location is on Cerrillos Road, not in the Plaza area, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby (I suggest Bumble Bee's just down the street). Another website said there were renovations here in 2005, but they appear to be completing another round in mid-2008. Our room was complete--a suite with new carpet, plumbing, furnishings, etc. and it was clean and comfortable. However, I could see that there was still some work to be done on some other rooms.
