Couldn't have asked for better experience during our stay this past weekend at this Santa Fe B&B. The staff was "WONDERFUL" and the breakfast's were fantastic.!!!!. Great conversation with the staff in the evening and in the mornings -- can't wait until the next time we're able to visit.

I booked a surprise weekend in Santa Fe for our 24th wedding anniversary! We stayed at the Hacienda Nicholas (our first time) and absolutely fell in love with the place and the staff! We felt immediately at home! The breakfast was included and each day we had a wonderful homemade breakfast on the veranda. A Lovely setting with lush flower... More

This was our second stay at Hacienda Nicholas and it was as delightful as the first. The inn is a beautifully restored historic residence with a casual elegance that is relaxing and makes you feel pampered. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, charming and well-appointed (spa robes are a treat!)...most of the suites have a fireplace. Breakfast is very generous and... More

Hacienda Nicholas is truly a wonderful place to spend a few days or longer in Santa Fe. The premises are a renovated vintage home with a lovely enclosed courtyard and comfortable, rustic living room, quite close to the plaza. The staff is warm and welcoming; the property reflects great attention to the comfort of guests. A lovely, generous breakfast with... More

Very attentive staff, lots of information to help you plan your days and nights, lovely courtyard and breakfast area. Having a parking space is invaluable and evening wine/social hour nice touch and good break between your daytime and evening activities.

Pros: Just a couple blocks from the downtown plaza, a nice walk quiet neighborhood, pretty common space outdoors for breakfast and evening drinks, terrific food, with some very unusual b and b dishes that we really enjoyed helpful staff who are very knowledgeable and have lots of useful info to share. Cons: Our "suite" was really a mid-sized single room... More

Thank you so very much for pointing out all the aspects of your stay that you found especially enjoyable, as well as for letting us know the areas that require attention. You are so very right - the room is not technically a suite, but rather a good sized room. I took the advice of a marketing specialist here, but... More

I just spent 5 days at Hacienda Nicholas in Santa Fe, NM. It was comfortable, clean, charming, quiet, friendly, and close to the center of town (the plaza). My original reservation was for 4 days but I couldn't bear to leave and stayed on one more day. The staff easily and efficiently made the extra day work out for me.... More

We chose this B&B because of its affordability and proximity to the Plaza. The positive reviews helped us with our decision too. What a pleasant surprise! It was more than we were expecting, and that is always a good thing. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious!... More
