We recently checked into the Rancheros de Santa Fe with our motorhome in the late afternoon and paid for a 2 day stay. Since no full hookups were available we accepted a partial hookup site relatively far from the office. The roads in the park were deeply rutted winding narrow dirt trails. I mean DEEPLY rutted - the worst we've... More

So glad we only stayed here one night . Very tight and cramped . Very rude. Laundry is horrible and expensive . The rv park has bad location way out of town. The only nice thing was that it was close to Harrys Roadhouse which is a great fun place to eat. We are grateful that the office recommended it... More

We stayed there and the staff was very rude. They acted like we didn't belong because we were from out of town. By far the worst experience i ever had with a campground. Would not recommend it and just a short trip down the road is a koa that is far better.

We stayed overnight on 8/3/14 while on our way to Colorado from Texas. The 50 amp spaces do not have adequate space once a trailer's slides are out. The picnic tables are smashed in between over grown hedges. This is not a camping site but more of a parking spot. On our return trip 8/9/14 we checked in after driving... More

This place seems out of the way but it's so nice it's worth stopping here. They have great facilities including a theatre (which was showing Hunger Games Catching Fire when we were there), a pool, nice laundry and shower facilities. We had a blast while we were there and so did the kiddos.

We pulled in on a weekday, by 1:00, no reservation. We were pulling a 31 ft travel trailer. The only spots large enough to accommodate us were at the front of the park, no shade, very very tight spot, closest to the road. Maybe it's just because our rv is long... The staff was very friendly, the pool is nice,... More

We reserved a pull-thru spot for a quick overnight stop on our way from Phoenix to Denver. The place was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. It is a nice, well kept place, the area we had was clean and level, the picnic table was fairly new and in good shape, rest rooms were clean. We arrived... More

We loved Rancheros. We didn't want to leave. We tent camped for three days there and we enjoyed our time at the campground. All staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the temperature of the pool . It's beyond freezing. If you want to avoid foot traffic and such, ask for a... More

I really wanted to give Rancheros de Santa Fe Campgrounds 5 stars because the people here are so friendly. I think if you were pulling a smaller type camper be it shorter 5th wheel, bumper pull or tent camping this is the place is great. Bring blocks to level up if you do because not all sites are level. I... More

Unfortunately our site bordered a group of drunk tent and RV campers. Close to midnight, with earplugs, it was difficult to get to sleep. There were a number of available sites that were not right next to other campers. Additionally, to get to the hookups (at least ours) you had to make a hairpin turn. If you have a dog,... More
