This was our first trip to Santa Fe, (girls trip minus husbands and kids) and after doing a lot of online research, I chose the Hacienda for our hotel. It seemed to be a good value for the amenities. We were not disappointed! The included breakfast and wine and cheese was a huge plus for us. Not only was it... More

Only Native American owned hotel in Santa Fe. Many celebrities stay in the Hacienda section during filming in the area. Rooms, restaurant and lobby are luxurious yet very Santa Fe. Native flutist soothes the soul evenings. Food is gourmet. Service is superb with butler service in Hacienda section. Only hotel I truly love to return to time after time. I... More

Just had my third stay at the Hacienda and it was a great stay! The Hacienda was full but I didn't hear a single sound from another room or the hallways, they must have the best soundproofing around. Spotless rooms, pleasant staff, great location...my single problem is the 'resort fee'....what resort? The gym is a tiny tiny uninviting room, and....if... More

We had a very memorable trip to Santa Fe this April, with three families and this hotel was a big part of it. It is very well located - about a mile from the plaza but right next to bustling activity like the Santa Fe railroad Saturday market. The native Indian decor throughout the hotel was charming, and the rooms... More

The Hotel Santa Fe is pretty much the definition of "all right." Rooms are a little on the small side but pleasant enough. Noise from the adjoining room was too loud. Room rates were reasonable, but all of the extras were on the high side. Nineteen dollars a day resort fee seems really high and they don't even provide complimentary... More

First, we can hardly wait to get back to this glorious hotel. From the outside, all dark adobe and wood balconies, you know it is going to be something very special. There is art work everywhere. It isn't cheap stuff, it is gorgeous, textiles, baskets, bronze, and all in a Native American theme. The hotel is all lodge-like, big beams,... More

My husband and I spent three amazing days and nights at the Hotel Santa Fe! The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff helpful and courteous. The location is within walking distance of town and the canyon road loaded with galleries. The food in the restaurant is very good --not just the usual fare! I would gladly come again!

On our way to Phoenix we decided to stay at this hotel. Although the check in was a disaster the Spa manager soon took over and it went smooth. The room was very nice and in a quiet location. The Club lounge nice and cosy. Would have liked to stay a bit longer bit 1 night was all we had... More

Was not planning on ever coming back to Santa Fe but after staying at The Hacienda & Spa at Hotel Santa I can't wait to return. The room was well appointed and the grounds were pristine and blissful. Also, because the hotel is not located right in the plaza the hotel offers complimentry rides to and fro any location within... More

I've stayed here twice now. Both times because I got a discount from Hotels.com. It's difficult to get in and out of. There's one main door for use and that's it. The rooms are small and you can barely fit your stuff in them. There is a ""Spa Fee" of $19 -- for "spa" things like parking and wifi. Really... More
