Gracious reception Junior suite smelled of smokebut overwhelmingly consumed by the perfume to spruce it up and mask the lingering odors. Bed was rigid and old. Room was small, stinky and dated. 'Balcony' was a 15 inch footrest looking onto a roof of mechanicals. Way basic and not clean/comfy. Bathroom was dated and had a one piece yellow/plastic tub/shower. Sorry-... More

We stayed 2 nights in the Hacienda and it was wonderful. From check-in to check-out, this place is dedicated to taking care of guests. We enjoyed a drink in front of the beautiful fireplace, breakfast and happy hour in the Hacienda where we stayed, as well as the fitness room. The hotel is top drawer with every detail already considered--... More

It has taken a few trips to Santa Fe to find the perfect place to stay and Hotel Santa Fe is it. Not only are the rooms exceptionally clean they are also comfortable and quiet with a wonderful South West feeling. The staff is great by the end of our stay we new everyone and over the years they are... More

Chose this hotel for a short family vacation in Santa Fe. The hotel is very nice, feels very new, and the staff is accommodating and makes guests feel welcome. The location of the hotel works well for most things you would want to do in Santa Fe. Overall, this is a nice hotel but it lacks the little touches. We... More

We have stayed at Hotel Santa Fe many times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and we always love the hot tub. I have always been leary of hotel restaurants but the food is great.

Enjoyed our stay here, very nice room, friendly staff. Didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that, and we didn't get breakfast so don't know about the food. Concierge was helpful, was good to be in walking distance of the plaza. We only used the shuttle bus once, but it seemed very flexible and dropped people off wherever they... More

For the price... AWESOME, CLEAN and GREEN. Overall I would recommend others to stay there. Biggest plus is that the hospitality is on point. Very nice people all around. I read the complaints before I went and I just don't agree with most of them. Two relatively small things (like my bank account)... (1) on premise restaurant is a bit... More

This is a wonderful place you can say the regular hotel or the Hacienda. The Hacienda is more classy with evening cocktails and cheese in morning breakfast. There's a great workout gym and spa. The staff is always been absolutely wonderful!!! Totally walking distance from all of the amenities in the plaza.

Our GPS actuallly told us to turn into the hotel right before this one and we missed the turn, but when we saw how beautiful it was here we decided to see if we could get a room. The architecture is everything we wanted to have with adobe, vigas and luminarios. We feel the picture for this site does not... More

I loved my stay at the Hotel Santa Fe. Absolutely every interaction I had with staff was stellar. Our room was lovely and the restaurant was perfect, great, little tee pee outside. Fantastic food and service.
