This is definitely an acceptable and nice plays to stay in Santa Fe. I wouldn't go here expecting posh luxury, but the rooms are nice and large, they seem to give a lot of complimentary upgrades and the amenities are all above "motel" level. The negatives I have with the hotel can be best encapsulated in the fact that my... More

I live nearby and I put up a couple of out of town guests here for a night. The room was beautiful and my friends reported the beds were very comfortable. The front desk service was professional and friendly when I checked them in.

Stayed overnight before a business meeting. overall great hotel but attention to detail needs some help including in cleaning room. things like dust on headboard, sloppy bathroom cleanup, uneven vacuuming shouldn't be an issue at a hotel like this.

We arrived Saturday the 17th to stay for 6 nights. We were fortunate enough to stay in the Sleeping Deer suite. It became our second home away from home. You see, our initial travel plans to Santa Fe were for a get-a-way trip to appreciate the city of art galleries. We decided just before our arrival to elope, but for... More

When we are visiting our favorite city - Santa Fe, we like to stay at the Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe. The service is special and the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. On our most recent trip we stayed in a suite, with a nice living room, balcony, fireplace and king bed. A fabulous place to relax from the... More

I've stayed here a few times and this is the only place I will stay in Santa Fe. Excellent service. The staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really go out of their way for you. Example: I went to my car this morning and someone had cleared it of snow and ice. What a nice surprise! The rooms are... More

I visit Santa Fe once a year or so for business. Usually I stay at a chain property, but someone recommended this hotel and I am so thankful. It is warm, friendly and the staff makes an effort to make you feel welcome. I love the roaring fire in the restaurant/lounge and the food was delicious. I love the warm... More

The good: Hotel itself is nice. Good decor in and around the hotel. The bad: The windows are leaky with no proper sound proofing. Around 4 to 5 AM, the building outside gets delivery of items. The noise due to the trucks loading unloading are bound to wake you up, even though you may be tired from all the skiing.... More

My apologies for early noise wake up and deliveries should not be happening at that time of the day. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. More

Three days in this hotel at New Year's allowed us to sit around a roaring fire listening to guitar and flute music played by a skilled performer while consuming passable salads and other dishes available from the bar menu. The high gloss tile floors and wooden beam ceilings are complemented by walls hung with excellent Indian woven rugs, tapestries and... More

We got an express deal through Priceline for this hotel between Christmas and new years. They charged us an extra $19/day at the hotel but it still wasn't a bad deal for the location close to the plaza. The shuttle service was very nice to have and our kids thought it was fun to ride in the old car. We... More

My apologies if anyone was in any way unkind to you! Certainly not our style!! I would agree that a traditional room with a king bed is probably not the best scenario for a family and hopefully we will upgrade you or you will book a Junior Suite next time. Many thanks for staying with us and we all wish... More
