My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Art and Jennifer went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had great advice on the ferry system which we sorely needed. Beautiful old home, very nice room, and the breakfast was really delicious. Also, a short walk to all the action in town.

We stayed with Art & Jennifer for 3 nights. Our first night we had just returned from 5 days of kayak camping. We were a salty mess. Art was so gracious and welcoming. We loved the breakfasts and how accommodating both Jennifer and Art were with us. We needed an early breakfast for a friend who had an early ferry;... More

We just returned from staying the weekend at the Argyle House Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the Marilee cottage for two nights. The accommodations were warm and inviting and the innkeepers were very pleasant. We loved the privacy of our room and especially enjoyed the use of the outdoor hot tub (particularly after a full day of kayaking). We... More

Upon arriving on the front porch we were greeted with open arms and welcomed into Jennifer and Art's home. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us, our almost two your old daughter, and our golden retriever. We stayed in the Marliee cottage which was not attached to the main house. It was clean and bright and had a wonderful... More

We sapent three nights at Argyle House while exploring the surrounding waters. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean and sparkling. Breakfast was adequate, although not spectacular. The walk to downtown and the ferry was a only ten minutes. Good value.

Our stay at the Argyle House on San Juan was perfect. Sunshine. Perfect temperature. Great food. Our thoughtfully appointed room with the scent of lavender, fresh flowers from Jennifer and Art's lovely gardens, their warm hospitality and the freshly picked blackberries for breakfast engaged all our senses in the stay. Argyle House is situated just a few blocks from the... More

We enjoyed a brief stay in Friday Harbour at the Argyle House. We stayed in the Sunflower Room which is at the back of the house - it was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was terrific and we met some other nice folks around the table. The location is a five minute walk from the 'downtown core' of Friday Harbour.

We live in the dry southwest, and the San Juan islands are GORGEOUSLY green and lush. Friday Harbor was a BLAST. Great food and lots to do like hiking, kayaking and touring the beautiful island. Argyle Inn was delightfully close to town, very comfortable and clean, with the nicest inkeepers we've met in many years. Yummy breakfast, games and fun... More

Stayed here during our trip to the San Juans. The owners are very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is great. Very convenient to the ferry. Breakfast was also incredible every morning. Highly recommended!
