Argyle House proprietors are so nice and accommodating. Two couples stayed in rooms upstairs-no elevator. Quaint, nicely decorated rooms and full baths. Very comfortable but relatively small although certainly large enough if you're basically using it to sleep. Full breakfast is served at a leisurely pace around a table large enough for all the guests. We stayed two nights and... More

This was a perfect place to stay for our anniversary. The room was very cute and well decorated, obviously with thoughtful consideration. Everything was clean, which is the most important factor for us when we decide where to stay. The family that runs this B&B is hospitable, but also easy-going. They even let us borrow some of their dvd's during... More

We stayed in the Marilee Cottage which is a separate building from the main house. The owners were very pleasant; friendly and helpful without being overpoweringly present; they also had a charming daughter. They allow dogs which worried me a little when I booked; I was concerned the room might smell of dog. It didn't (thought it did smell somewhat... More

Stayed here for work with a coworker; one of few places in Friday Harbor that offered two beds. The hospitality of the owners were great as they were able to accommodate breakfast for us easily; breakfast was delicious and they offered a good variety. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. But watch out for the family dog; she likes to... More

My fiancee and I stayed at the Argyle House for 2 nights in the honeymoon cottage. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast (we usually go the hotel route). It was a great, quiet little room that was the perfect size and had a minifridge for our use. It was only a 5 minute walk into downtown... More

I like a B&B that has personality, and this one definitely had it. Where else would you get to play with Guinea Pigs? Interesting house with beautiful grounds. Friendly and helpful owners. A few blocks walk into town, but we had a car so it was no big deal.

Lovely two-night stay here at the Argyle. Art, Jennifer and their family anre lovely and very welcoming.....present but discreet at the same time: we felt very much "at home". Breakfast was excellent with special mention for the zucchini bread and the oatmeal pancakes! Yum! We liked the communal table and it was interesting to talk to the otehr guests and... More

Argyle house B&B is a comfortable bungalow and quaint cottages in a lush garden. The small garden wraps the house and cottages with rustic pathways. There are great outdoor relaxation spots including a hot tub, porch and garden/terrace seating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and the evening return home was... More

The B&B is a charming home in a great location very close to the Ferry. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. It is very convenient to walk around Friday Harbor. The breakfast is served at a set time, 8:30am, so you have to plan your morning schedule accordingly unless you don't mind missing it. We had wanted to eat... More

This beautifully maintained bed and breakfast is in walking distant to downtown and to the ferry landing. Our breakfasts were truly gourmet and good references were available for restaurants and attractions. The innkeepers were gracious and well informed and soon will be providing omelets from their own flock.
