The hotel is perfect for guest looking for a quality room on a budget. Parking is ONLY $10 that's a plus for SA. The sheets/towels are light brown, not ugly white ones. The bed is really soft, like the other reviews said pillows are small but are comfortable. The overall appearance of hotel A+, restraunts right behind and short block... More

Stayed here on a last minute family trip to San Antonio. One of the reasons we stayed here is because it was close to the RiverWalk and a Comfort Suite hotel. Boy were we WRONG! This is more of a hole in the way roach motel. Im sure we would have had a nicer roomer and more enjoyable stay at... More

This was the worst hotel we stayed in of 7 on a recent driving holiday in the US. It was very well located but that was it. The main issues was noise. The A/C unit was incredibly noisy and also the lift made noise all night. The room was also on the ground floor and very dingy which was a... More

Traveling with friends, this was one hotel choice I didn't make. I wasn't too sure to be honest. Reviews were good, but I still wasn't convinced. Parking lot didn't help any, that was after we found it. Once inside, all was forgotten. Very nicely appointed. Helpful staff. People say the rooms are small, I can say the two we had... More

For a Choice Hotel, i believe that this hotel rates with an Econolodge. It was a nice OLD style hotel, that was tried to be updated. Breakfast was a joke. Parking was even worst. Good luck finding a parking spot if you check in late. For the price there ate better choices.

Took my boys to San Antonio for a short trip before school started. Hotel was nice. The only thing our room did not have phone but did not matter we were only there to sleep. Hotel needs more parking and maybe not charge $10 a night for it. Hotel downtown not far from river walk. Basic complimentary breakfast but you... More

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The price may have been better than other places but it was not worth it. The room we had was DIRTY! Bedspreads had toothpaste and stains on them. The towels also had stains on them and when one of my traveling guests got out of the shower and used the towel... More

We were looking for something not a chain. This small hotel was nice. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. At first I was disappointed there was no pool, but wouldn't have had the time anyway! I was not able to get wifi in our room on the 3rd floor, but went to the 2nd floor siting... More

O Brien was a nice place to stay at while I was visiting the city in tow with a friend and my wife who was going to conference. It was in walking distance to almost everything I could think to do near the River Walk. The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor with balcony access, which other... More
