Our stay was a last minute add on to our San Antonio/Hill Country vacation. I was disappointed with the value of the resort. Because of the add on we did book the rooms a little more than a week out , therefore we had to reserve a room on the "club" floor. This room type includes use of a club... more

Just "GREAT" from Bonnie at the Front Desk to the Lazy River and the Chip the Carrige Horse. It was a Fantastic couple of days! We did not leave for the three days we were there. We booked our trip on Priceline and saved by naming our own price. Couple of Tips to Save Money! Stock-up your fridge in your... more

This place is absolutely amazing! We had the most wonderful time. From the moment you step foot on the property you feel an overwhelming sense of welcome. It's a phenomenal place, with fun opportunities for the entire family. Some of the many things that we enjoyed during our stay are as follows: Rambling River, 4th of July buffets, massage at... more

We stayed at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa the last week of June. It is by far the most customer oriented hotel I have ever experienced! Everyone who works there offers a smile and a greeting. They ask you repeatedly if they can be of assistance. The rooms were nicely furnished with a complimentary refrigerator. Stock the fridge... more

The BEST!!! Nice relaxing family fun. Clean, all the amenities that one could hope for. A lage amount of activities to choose from. Many free. S'mores, bike riding, games in the comfy lobby, movies, lazy river, pools, hot tubs, beautiful setting. We went to a local water park and decided we should have saved the couple hundred bucks and stayed... more

Hotel is old. The window in my first room was painted shut. Staff was very accommodating and moved me to a room with a balcony. Balconies are not private and room walls are very thin. Heard my neighbors talking on their balcony every morning. Also constantly smelled cigarette smoke as many adjacent room tenants used their balconies as a smoking... more

This is a really nice resort. It is summer time, there are tons of activities. Movies on the lawn at night - horse drawn carriage rides, smores, many, many more activities -most are complimentary (part of the resort fee). Very nice landscaped grounds, and great lobby. Of course, the best part of this is the pool area. Outside of possibly... more

My husband a 2 (5 & 7) small children enjoyed our 2 night visit after hurricane Ike. One of the reasons we choose this Resort was due to it being close to Sea World. Sea World is so close I believe you if you wanted you could walk there. To our surprise, the Resort is very, very family friendly and... more
