I love everything about Hyatt Hill Country such as it's tucked away location, first-class rooms, well-kept grounds, style, amenities, friendly staff, family and/or adult activities, great food, and a safe place to travel alone. The reservation staff was very helpful in accommodating changes in travel plans to fit my personal needs and preferences.

As I sit upon the sumptuous butter cream leather sofa, I am at once both pleased and comforted by the beauty of the grand lobby, the smiles and service of the resort staff, the gentle classic country tunes, and the views through the loot to ceiling Windows. The gardens are filled with native Texas grasses, and the broad decks and... More

Outstanding facilities, great personnel with a well defined customer service attitude. The idealplace to go for a quick getaway. Be sure and try the Springhouse Buffet for breakfast, then make a visit to the golf course.

We stayed here for my brothers wedding weekend and had a great time. The venue was perfect for his small intimate wedding of close family and friends. I only ate breakfast at the resort but it was very good. The first day they had a breakfast buffet and it was delicious with lots of great choices. There was no buffet... More

This resort will meet and exceed all of your expectations. Don't miss a chance to rest, relax, and stay here. This is a georgeous hill country setting. Many activities for all members of the family. Many different venues to meet the needs of your business or family outing. Highly recommend this resort.

I loved my first visit here but this time it was lacking. I did not get my room cleaned, yes, I do expect that. Then after calling, t\we did get it cleaned. But we were advised that we were skipped because of the privacy tag-there was none. So I felt blamed for being missed by housekeeping. The coffeemaker did not... More

The Hill Country Hyatt Resort was very nice. Every staff person was great, really helpful and friendly. The site is GORGEOUS, the trees are awesome. Great pool, lazy river, and wake board center (charge for that) for kids, and a beautiful golf course too. Tennis courts (did not see them) are on property also. We were with a group for... More

You will love the atmosphere of this hotel. It has a great family feel about it. Plenty to do at the resort. And helpful staff. I will defiantly like to return for an even longer stay with my family...

We went for our "babymoon." We hoped to spend a few days at the pool. Not the hotels fault that the weather didn't cooperate. We weren't able to use those facilities once - so we were stuck in the room - we actually decided not to stay our fourth night because the bed quality was SO terrible. I expected much... More

First off, we would like to offer our congratulations on your pregnancy! We appreciate you choosing to spend your "baby moon" with us, however we are so sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations. It is definitely unfortunate that the weather didn't cooperate more during your stay so that you could enjoy all of our outdoor activities,... More

We have 4 boys between 6-12 years old and San Antonio was our best vacation yet. With a home base at the Hyatt Hill Country we enjoyed hanging by the pool, the slide, the lazy river, flow rider surfing, the spa, Seaworld, Six Flags, the Alamo, Ripleys, a rodeo and steaks dinenr at nearby Tejas Steakhouse, the RiverWalk, San Fernando...
