The first thing you will notice is how amazing the hotel grounds are - with immaculate landscaping all around huge live oak trees and tons of sitting areas and tables. The hotel itself has an old school ranch house kind of feel but with updated style and amenities. The rooms were an average size, very clean and western styling right... More

By far one of the best family vacation spots! They offer a little something for everyone, from relaxing in the lazy river, to playing in the swimming pool, to building sandcastles at the beach. The flow rider is a great addition for the adventurous child and the slide is perfect for the not so adventurous. The rooms were very comfortable... More

I have been coming to the Hyatt Hill Country Spa & Resort for 18 years for various Texas Bar CLE courses. It is a great place to relax & enjoy family. Closely located to Sea World, it is also easy to reach shopping & the Riverwalk.

This is a very wonderful hotel to stay for a vacation or other type of visit. It is full of children so if you want a quite get-a-way, it is probably not the right place. However, the rooms are wonderful, comfortably and the staff and service are of the highest quality. The Springhouse cafe is convenient, but not the best... More

Wife and I had the opportunity to stay for a couple of nights for a conference. Great stay, nice room, and the AC worked. Charlie's long bar and the winding river were great. Had lunch and breakfast in the grill and the food was great. Really looking forward to bringing the whole family this summer.

Rooms are really nice- with a fridge and washer/dryer in common area. Very helpful. Food pretty good- morning breakfast at the general store so convenient and free refill on the Starbucks coffee. My son LOVES the banana bread. Service is really good. Only thing is trash can in room is really small so you need cleaners to empty it- or... More

Our small family stayed at the Hyatt Hill Country over the 4th of July. The hotel was sold out, but never felt that way. This property along with sister property, Hyatt Lost Pines, does a phenomenal job of taking the "summer camp theme" and running with it. There are plenty of activities to keep every person in your family entertained.... More

Our stay was incredible, service very good at restaurants, housekeeping, front desk and pool area. We were able to relax while our girls (7 and 12) enjoyed the lazy river, the pool the movie at night and the marshmallows by the camp fire. Food for breakfast and dinner was also surprisingly good! Will return soon!

We had a great deal on this resort through Hotwire. Rates are pretty low if you plan on travelling from a Sunday until whatever date in the middle of the week. The resort itself was pretty nice. It has a very charming country chic feel to it. When you looked at it, it looked like a mansion. Check-in time was... More

Outstanding service and so much to do! The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Tons of dining options. A lot of things to do on the property - movies, smores, activities, pool, river, etc. Very accommodating for families.
