“Worse room I have had”

Definitely not a 3.5 star! Renovations are long overdue. This hotel should be closed until the renovations are complete. Rooms were sub par, hallways and elevators were rundown and the area was seedy. Don't chance this one.

“Pleasant Enough, but struggling to keep standards”

I wasn't aware when I booked that this hotel was under renovation. Although I got a good price the lack of pool would have caused me to rebook. I agree with other reviewers that all of the staff are very friendly and if they keep this up when the renovations are complete they'll be successful. I didn't hear any noise... More

Received a special rate deal and then learned that a lot of guests were commenting on current renovations! We needn't have been concerned.
