Accompanied my husband to a business conference. Staff was friendly but concierge failed to arrange for daily newspaper delivery as promised. The bell personnel were great. I stayed here for a conference. Even to go to the convention center it's "connected to" you must go outside. It wascompeletely redecorated a few years ago - into a 1970s motif. It is a Hyatt classic. Impressive resort, with service so poor that you don't even want to be close to this hotel ever again.
