We stayed on the 16th floor during the final week-end of Fiesta (not the reason for our trip). Hotel was clean, staff was friendly for such a large place. This hotel has alot of potential but the overriding issue was poor or uninterested service. From check in to check out we were underwhelmed.

The hotel is quite beautiful inside with a very artsy modern feeling. Check in was quite easy.

Had a room on the 20th floor very comfortable clean, spacious, luxurious. Also, had a breakfast buffet that was very good and great variety of choices. Well worth the stay.
