Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio. Location is good. 20 min from airport and adjacent to River Walk and close to the Alamo. Hotel is modern, but very sterile. Did not feel warm and cozy. Water pressure in shower is poor and it took a good 15 minutes to get hot water. Towels could have been softer. Bed... More

A bit expensive for a standard double room without any special features. Much better choices for less in the area on the riverwalk. Rooms were relatively small and bathroom counter space even smaller. Would have preferred queen beds. Not as quiet as I would have liked. Elevators were numerous and fast! And, overall a very nice hotel, but the value... More

We stayed on the concierge level and the room was a little small but clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable, but pillows had no stuffing so it took about 3 of them to get it thick enough to lay on. they need to replace them with new ones. They have water saving shower heads that take the joy... More

Overall we had a pleasant experience. Loved being near the Riverwalk and downtown attractions. Hotel is located at the end of the Riverwalk which is great!! The hotel is away from the nightly noise but so easily accessible to all the fun. We had some friends stay right in the middle of the Riverwalk at another hotel and they couldn't... More

Sterile reception area, nice bigger basic rooms, comfortable beds, good location, and quiet. For a big room, it had a small TV. Outdoor skinny lap pool and no hot tub. Been in a lot nicer hotels for less cost. If you go during a convention, you can wait up to 15 minutes for a elevator.

Very nice hotel, but for the price charged was expecting a much nicer room. Nothing really stood out (very basic), shower was not special, water didn't get hot enough , no small magnifying mirror (women understand), cheap bathroom linens, and just in need of an update. The staff was very friendly, and it was in a convenient location, quality toiletries,... More

Very impressed of the friendliness of the staff upon our arrival. The room was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. It has a great view of the Alamodome and the Hemisphere. My daughters and I went to the ground floor and we were directly on the river walk level, the path was well lighted and we were able to find a... More
