My husband and I traveled to San Antonio for the first time in July 2014. We stayed at the O’Casey B&B. Prior to check-in the inn keeper e-mailed us the door code and instructions to our room. The B&B appears very well kept and has a great atmosphere and ambiance. The Gallway room was very nicely decorated and it felt... More

From the moment we knocked at the door we were made to feel welcome by Madonna the owner. The house and rooms are well laid out and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, freshly cooked. The skillet of eggs, bacon and tomatoes was so good. Fresh, hot, home style French toast (tray baked) is to die for. Thank you so... More

Our family took over the B&B for a 3 day weekend and it was the perfect place to stay. There are a variety of room configurations which worked for the various family units. And there were many gathering spots both indoors and outside for us to catch up with one another or play games or imbibe. The owner was gone... More

O’Casey’s is a Bed and Breakfast in a turn-of-a-century house close to the up-and-coming Pearl Brewery area, downtown and the River Walk in San Antonio. I have stayed in the Dublin, Blarney and Kilkenny suites. All were comfortable and had amenities way above my expectation at this price point. I have been traveling to San Antonio for three years and... More

This B&B is everything you could hope for and more!!! This was the perfect place for a girls weekend retreat only two miles north of the Riverwalk surrounded by lovely historic mansions. It is meticulously maintained with an amazing chef to tantalize the taste buds and caters to various food allergies. We will certainly come back again!

How the national chain hotels pale in comparison to B&Bs like O'Casey's! Start with the incredibly wholesome, VARIED, non-microwaved breakfasts that really were brunches everyday. Then, the convenient location to San Antonio downtown sights and interstates is wonderfully quiet as part of the historic Monte Vista residential neighborhood. As a solo traveler dependent on mass transit, the frequent buses at... More

We stayed for three nights with a large group of extended family at the end of February 2014. There were four families including 6 children in total. From O'Casey's, it is only a short 5-8 minute drive to the centre attractions of Riverwalk, Alamo, and Tower of America. The staff and owners were very hospitable and welcoming, even getting out... My wife and I stayed for 3 days and loved it. Very relaxing, great breakfasts and wonderful staff. We thought it was a warm and charming place to stay. It's an old place with history, just rough enough around the edges to give it character. We will return. We loved the breakfasts. We stayed in a room at the front... More

Was very happy with The Claire Cottage. Cute and tranquil. Quiet and family friendly. Wish the surrounding apartments and houses looked as nice. Watched the Super Bowl there with family. We will definitely stay again. Already planning for spring break, fiesta, or summer time.

This small Bed and Breakfast establishment has a delightful relaxed sense of welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Bedrooms are charming, spacious and individually decorated with natural woods and fabrics. Breakfasts are sumptuous, including hot homemade dishes, fruit salads, pies, warm oats and berries, and even cake. All prepared with love by staff who care about their... More
