The room was really quaint, the beds were so comfortable we overslept on 2 of our 3 days there. The food for breakfast and 5:30 fiesta were really nice and they even gave out 3 alcoholic drinks too, which was surprising! I don't know how good they were because we don't drink. The pool and hot tub are on the... More

Great perks of staying at this hotel. First being the location. You can access the Riverwalk by going to the ground floor. Second, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. When our keys stopped working due to the battery failing in the swiped, they sent someone to our 20th floor room to fix this. The hotel offers breakfast with a... More

Every employee that we encountered was very nice and helpful. Free upgrade on the room was unsolicited. Clean and comfortable, quiet and peaceful room. Big balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and breakfast was excellent. Convenient location, walked the Riverwalk to all of our destinations. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel, formerly the Alamo National Bank, has been transformed into a beautiful space, but still retains elements of its past life. The tellers' cages have become the registration desk, and the hotel rooms were once office doors, some with the original mail slots. The brass decor in the lobby is elegant. The rooms have all of the modern amenities:... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback concerning your most recent visit. Our hotel was previously the location of the Alamo National Bank and originally opened in 1929. It boasts a spectacular grand lobby and 23 guest floors with some amazing views of the city. Though it was painstakingly refurbished a few years ago and re-opened as... More

This hotel is amazing. The beds are super comfortable and the room we had, a suite, had plenty of room. I read some of the other reviews before staying here and I'm not sure why they complained about being in the San Fernando tower. Yes you do have to take 2 separate elevators, but it's not that much of a... More

Being a former Front Desk Agent at 2 riverwalk properties previously, I know what customer service is all about as I have been in the industry for 10 yrs. The Drury lacked exceptionally in customer service! I have stayed here 2 other times. The first time was amazing! The second was terrible in both the hotel and customer service. I... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback related to your most recent stay with us. I was deeply concerned to read about some of the experiences you described. For a hotel that prides itself on personal service, this was very disappointing to learn. I extend our sincere apologies. I would also welcome the opportunity to visit with... More

Spent 4 days/nites at this hotel during Fiesta week, 4/20-24,2015. Hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of just about everything you would want to see during Fiesta . The famous River boat parade is around the corner, as is the Alamo and nearby Museums (Like the Briscoe; a great Western Art display). The staff are friendly; the rooms... More

My wife and I recently stayed here for one evening to catch an event at the Alamodome. We also brought along our dog. This was our first time ever staying in a hotel with our dog and it went well. The hotel is very pet friendly. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly and the staff were extremely friendly (all... More
