The Drury Plaza on the Riverwalk in San Antonio is in a great location. In addition it was clean and is located in a historical building that has lots of character. The front desk people were very considerate and helpful. As always with Drury, the breakfast offered many options for the guests.

The Drury Plaza is in a former Alamo National Bank building that has been beautifully restored. The lobby is amazing, with gold leaf detail and art deco murals, and is worth checking out even if you are not staying at the hotel. We needed a place to stay in San Antonio near the Riverwalk that would accept our small dog. We booked Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk because it stated it would do just that. The good- Great location, close to all the sites in San Antonio. Very friendly staff, and good price for accomodations. Nice rooftop pool. The bad- Rooms are very dated, and Hotel needs a major renovation, The Happy Hour Food & Drink was gross. We passed on it after seeing the selections.
