We stayed here in mid-January and really loved the central location and free food (no it is not gourmet fare but its good and filling and helps save money). We were upgraded for free to a suite in the back pavilion. Yes, it was a long haul to get there compared to the front building, as others have mentioned, but... More

This hotel was a great value for sure. The location provided very easy access to the San Antonio River Walk, provided a more than sufficient free breakfast and the nightly happy hour was quite a pleasant surprise. The experience was amazing for a mid-level hotel experience. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

We were in San Antonio for the Cocoa Women's Half Marathon. The hotel was perfectly situated for walking everywhere. The rooftop pool and hot tub were wonderful. Felt like we were on top of the world. Breakfast and the happy hour everyday were super. 3 free drinks per day. Unreal. Would go back in a heartbeat. Special thanks to the... More

I arrived at the Drury after 6 hours of driving I was warmly greeted by friendly staff. It's a beautiful hotel. I feel like I'm walking into Penn Station when I enter the hotel. It's simply amazing. The Meet and greet (happy hour) included 3 free drinks which was plenty since they were good size and free food which was... More

Hotel is dated. Service is so so. There was mold in our king suite air vents - a lot of it. Bedspread was stained. TV didn't work in living room. No washcloths in bathroom. The maintenance man was really nice. He cleaned our vent and replaced the TV (which took about 40 minutes - they use silicone to glue them... More

I stayed at the Drury Plaza, for two nights, just after Christmas. The price was right and the location was perfect. I was able to walk right out onto Riverwalk. It is also within walking distance to the Alamo. My room (14th floor) was clean, quiet and the queen bed was comfortable. The decor is acceptable but not elaborate. Breakfast... More

This Hotel is amazing. It is located next to the River Walk. It is located in the old Alamo National Bank building and has been re-modeled as a Hotel. You can feel the history from this 1902 building immediately upon entering. There is so much to see in the building that you will be astonished. The staff here go way... More

The hotel was pretty and the room was nice, but the service I received was not good. The first issue was when I asked for a plate and utensils in my room. The woman at the front desk acted like this basic room service request was an inconvenience, and ultimately sent up plastic utensils that styrofoam. It was kind of... More

We stayed at the hotel in January of 2015. We were there over New Years Eve and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We were in the San Fernando Tower (which is kind of annoying how you have to get to it, but so worth it for the views!). The valet parking is awesome (just annoying when you might just... More

Best hotel so far that I have stayed in! Nice view ( was on the 11 floor)! The hotel is n the old Alamo national bank. In the base they still have the original vaults and power grid on display! Really great view on the deck of the 22 floor and the hot tub and pool are there also! In... More
