The staff at The Crockett are superb; especially Margarita, Eric and John who were very helpful in assisting us. We walked-in and asked if there is any room available. The rooms and hotel were clean but the services/amenities were minimal. Most of the rooms do not have a view and only look out upon the indoor reception area or front desk. The noise policy was not upheld. The A/C worked great and everything else seemed in order. Great weekend hotel! more

My room was to be an king executiive suite and the picture of the room (on Crockett's web page) clearly shows 2 rooms, however they gave me a room with a king bed and a couch thrown in the room. I attended a convention in San Antonio and stayed at the Crockett 4 nights. The room was small, but nicely furnished. Free breaskfast was good. It is across the street from the Alamo, and the mall, and the river walk is a short walk. more
