Had a one bedroom; quite spacious with a patio. The rooms and grounds are top notch. Great pool with slides and a winding river (with a beach) to float on and a couple of hot tubs. Nice nature trail through the woods and a great pavillion to enjoy at any time, especially in the evening. One restaurant on site, but... More

Did a time share swap, we traded up for this place. Staff put us in a corner unit third floor, great so that the noise was less. Went to the time share pitch for $75 credit voucher, one hour presentation, no pressure put on to buy. Two bedroom unit runs 38k peak season and 28k non peak season. Not a... More

The 2BR unit is huge! We were in unit 6260 which is the 2nd floor corner unit of the Live Oaks building. Our equally huge balcony had two open sides so we were able to enjoy a nice cross breeze. Temps were btw 99-103 the whole week so the breeze was a welcomed relief. There is enough storage that a... More

Love the service, amenities and rooms. Bathrooms in the rooms are some of the best in any hotel I've been to in years. Only issue I had is that there are no changing tables in the bathrooms on site- not in the kids area, camp armadillo(which is ridiculous) or in the family-oriented restuarant, bjs. Otherwise, great experience!

My brother and his wife invited me and my wife to stay for two days in August and we had a wonderful time. We took advantage of the little water park, we grilled out, I hiked the nature trail, we had s'mores over a fire pit. What a lot of fun options. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't open for breakfast so... More

This review is about an employee who made one evening very special for us, our daughter and our grandchildren. CJ the rec manager was so fun during the family food, music and s'more evening. He played the music we suggested, was a really good dancer and kept the crowd entertained and challenged with different dances. He took requests and was... More

We stayed at the Hyatt Wild Oak ranch over the July 4th weekend. Our kids go to camp west of San Antonio and their session started on that Sunday so we decided to get closer for the Sun drop off and have a family weekend. Things didn’t start well as my wife booked the room online and due to a... More

We stayed one night to visit family in the area. I wanted a place where the kids could play and not feel like we were stuck in the hotel. We were very happy with the short trip until we got home and discovered we were covered in bed bug bites. I thought maybe we got bit outside while there until... More

We stayed for a 4th time and relaxing as always! We love Hyatt Wild Oak it is such a great place to take your family. I will say they do need to take care of a few maintenance issues. The rooms are still very nice and clean. The space is perfect for big families. The food was good service was... More

This was our first trip to San Antonio...we had a great time at Hyatt Wild Oaks. The kids had a blast on the water slides and lazy river. There is a lot to do on site...especially smores and movies at night. It was very close to Sea World too. There is a restaurant on site that was decent but they... More
