Hotel was very pretty and the room really quiet. Food for our group was slow and DRY. Stains on carpet in room which I wouldn't have expected in a hotel of this caliber. Not particularly close to anything but a mall and a couple of strip malls. If you want to see the sights, I would stay closer to downtown.

If you get lucky enough to get Summer as your pool server...your order will never be late or forgotten. She is very attendant. I never had to look for her. That's quite impressive given that I was there on a very busy weekend. She was on point with everything. Eddie is also worthy of mention. He's always been good to... More

If you told me the Four Seasons owned this hotel I would believe you. This is a genome all hotel, the rooms are spacious with all the amenities and with an elegant touch. The bathrooms have double sink and a great shower. The staff is very nice and the bar downstairs is great. It has 2 pools although I only... More

It took us all day to get to the Elian due to airline flight crew delays and instrument malfunctions, but we finally made it around 1:00 a.m. We were greeted warmly by Deborah, the night auditor, at check in and we were in our room within minutes after advising us to call if we needed anything. This is our third... More

We needed a relaxing weekend between 2 full on work weeks and this place was an ideal choice. Only 20 mins outside San Antonio but a world away! Greeting on arrival was full of smiles and front desk (thank you Rafael) was very helpful when we wanted to change to a room with a balcony. Rooms are light and beautifully... More

Stayed for two nights. The hotel was amazing, starting from the valet service. I had a young man by the name of Jonathan that helped me. Parked my car upfront, no waiting like at most hotels, offered bottled water every time I got into my car. Bell boy was very helpful. Front desk was very nice. My room was amazing!!!... More

The Eilan Hotel and Spa is a wonderful hotel for a conference. There were conference rooms of varying sizes to accommodate all sizes of breakout sessions as well as a room that could hold all of 100 of us at one time. Each day a coffee/tea bar was set up for us. Hector Sotelo and Rosario Olmos took really good... More

This is a beautiful hotel/resort property. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. One evening I mentioned that I had to run to my room because I forgot my umbrella. The gentleman at the reception desk came over to me with an umbrella in hand and said just take this and drop it back off when you return. That was... More

We have stayed 4 times at this hotel and will come back again. The hotel is close to a truly 5 star property with only minor flaws keeping it from that rating. The staff is outstanding starting with the nigh reception desk when we arrived late (11:30pm). The person there made every effort to find us a different room when... More

Way over priced. Attended a conference with no transportation. The hotel is isolated and not walking distance to get something to eat. The restaurant is very expensive. Not somewhere I'd stay again. The hotel is pretty but our room had an odor as well as the towels. Average person could not afford to stay there.
