I regularly stay at this hotel with a few of my business partners and I have noticed that ever since they have changed ownership since last year, the property value has gone up. Our party forgot to tell the folks I needed a non smoking room. Upon arrival the room was a smoking room I ask to be moved to a non smoking room. The rude lady at the desk said they have no non smoking rooms avalible. I then tried to take a shower about 30 min. later. The shower did not... more
As General Manager of this property I would like to inform you that this hotel has been under new ownership as of June 2008 and has undergone a complete major renovation in March 2009. All of our rooms now offer new pillow top mattresses, irons/boards, mini fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, alarm clocks, hair dryers, new carpet, and a new breakfast...
This hotel has been the worst ! We sadly will never even mention the name Hotel Super 8 in this household again! It was dirty and tiny. The staff was rude and we didn't appreciate it at all! Overpriced for this hole in the ground!!!!!!!! more
