I stayed here during fiesta and it was a very nice hotel. I didn't give it an "excellent" rating only because it was a little noisy with trucks going by (also, with people screaming out our window...but hey, it's fiesta! Great room, 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Each had their own bed. Nice staff. Pool was super small and indoors but the kids had fun in it anyways. Clean. Great kitchen area. Good wi-fi connection too. Healthy breakfast. Green hotel. Very Trendy. Wouldn't stay there a week but 2 nights was fun.

The room had a couch and work station as well as the mini-kitchen. Had a corner room so lots of windows - the blinds worked well to keep the morning light out of the room. The room had a shower only. I have returned to this hotel a couple of times.

We were a bit afraid that we would be too far from the Riverwalk and the Alamo but it turns out that the location was quite convenient. This newest member of the Hilton chain in San Antonio is great for exploring the Riverwalk. Parking's a bit pricey but that's true of downtown SA in general. Bright rooms and efforts to be environmentally friendly seem to be an approach to appealing to the Millennial generation but it makes sense. Free wifi and breakfast help make it convenient.

Now San Antonio is one of those hidden American gems which unfortunately not many people are aware of (at least in my circle).
