Very convenient location. I went to San Antonio for a conference at another hotel; stayed at the Emily Morgan for the first time. It was very conveniently located to the River walk, Alamo, and other hotels. cab fare from the airport was easy and about $25. For an historic hotel, you would think some of the rooms would be out... Being across the street from the Alamo and only a block from the river walk keeps this hotel quiet at night. Rooms are normal doubletree rooms and what you expect from the Hilton brand. We stayed on the 14th floor, good view of the city. All of the river walk, art museum and pearl district within walking distance. Valet is... More

The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. I also loved the service--I had forgotten my cell phone charger and the staff downstairs were kind enough to charge my phone overnight so that it was ready to be used the following morning. Great attention to detail!

The historic hotel is near the Alamo in San Antonio. Good location, despite not be in front of the river. However, is a short walk of everything. Staff is nice and attentive. Rooms are big are decorated with good taste and maintained very well. Bathrooms are a little cold. Restaurant’s food and service were good. We had breakfast and dinner.

First off the location of the hotel--directly across from the Alamo and a block from the Riverwalk The rooms were spacious and very clean--I had a double on the 12th floor The onsite dining at Oro was excellent--had a salmon dish that was to die for First but not last stay at this hotel!

I have always wanted to stay at the emily morgan hotel so I was so excited when we booked here. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it is only short walk down to the river. The rooms on the other hand were very disappointing to me. They were dark and cold feeling, very box like. Our view was also disappointing.... More

We had a hard time deciding between the Emily Morgan and Menger. We wanted both for the location (next to the Alamo and near the riverwalk, atmosphere, and "hauntings." Both had $30 parking and free wifi. The Menger was $30 less a night, but we decided the Emily Morgan would be more spacious (4 adults in one room), AND we... More

The hotel is amazing. It's beautiful and so clean! The staff is amazing and they let my support dog stay with us with no problem. The rooms are so clean and big. The spa tub is the best ever! And the bed was so comfy! They park your car for $30 which kinda sucks but it's insured to not get... More

Wonderful view of the Alamo and surrounding San Antonio Skyline. Great access to riverwalk and touristy areas. Good food in house and around the area. Good price for a nice hotel with a garden tub and allows pets.

This hotel was a perfect location - literally right next door to the Alamo. It was within easy walking distance to everything on the Riverwalk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high quality linens. The service was great and we enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon!
