On June 16, 2012, I walked into the hotel with my kids and they told me to find another place. I couldn't find another place cause I had already paid for it, when I booked it through Hotels.com. We witnessed the following: the elevators did not work, it was very dark and dim, the room 212 had no windows, a room had a door open and they could here the tv on with static which explains why there was no cable or internet access. The hotel smell... More

Elevators not working. Changed rooms 3 times as the automatic key locks would not operable. TV satellite was out for the entire hotel. Room not cleaned and we were given towels and sheets to make up the room ourselves. Wi Fi only in the lobby. No refunds or discounts if you do not want to stay after you see the... More

For the low price I paid I did not expect much. I was surprised to find an immaculate smell-free comfortable room with a balcony and a great view. The manager was very helpful and stored a suitcase for me during the day while my husband was at the VA Hospital. The VA Hospital is right across the street. There was... More

Building is old and run down, the building smelled of body odor and urine, the pool was green and dirty, and there were semen stains on the bed skirting and linens, carpets badly stained. I left right away!!
