The location is very convenient, no problem walking to the river walk and you got free parking right outside. First, the front desk employes are SUPER nice!! They greet you each time you go in/out the hotel and are always smiling and friendly. Very rare to find great attitudes on a regular basis. the rooms are roomy and clean and I love the big TV. This is an excellent hotel with big comfortable rooms (super small bathroom) in an extremely quiet part of San Antonio's Riverwalk system. You need to walk at least 15-20 minutes via Riverwalk to get to business area, restaurants, etc. We found that it was a lot faster to walk above on main streets to get to places like the Alamo.... more
