I use this hotel often when I travel to San Antonio. I live in Houston and drive. This hotel is right outside of the city on I-10, which makes it very convenient for me. It is only about a year old and is very clean and well maintained. All the rooms have LCD TV's, coffee makers, refrigerators, hair dryers and COMFORTABLE beds. The staff is local and friendly.

They have a minimal breakfast bar with pastries, waffles, cereal etc but nothing fancy.The rooms are about $100 give or take $20 depending on the style and discount you may have.

All in all it is a great hotel for the price. It is on the east side of SA so it is not that good of a location for Sea World and Six Flags, but not too bad to reach downtown, Alamo, and riverwalk in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

I have taken my family once. They have a pool (the kids liked) and we made it around town with no hassles, but I am fairly familiar with the SA area. more
