I moved to SA a few months ago from Alabama for a new job. My summer apartment lease was ending and I wasn't ready to sign a long lease--I needed a place for just a month. If you have ever tried to find a monthly rental before, you may already know that it is close to impossible to find one... More

We loved our ‘home’ for 2 months at The Madison. So much nicer than a hotel. The apartment was fully outfitted with great appliances, bedding and furniture. And the staff was always available and helpful. Electronic keys were a nice touch with no extra keys to carry around. The King William neighborhood is perfect. Beautiful tree lined streets and old... Really enjoyed my recent stay at The Madison. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Linens and bedding are first-class and the location is spectacular. It's just a few steps to the trolley stop; dozens of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and art galleries are just a short walk from the front door. Can't beat the convenience factor! The famous San Antonio... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in February. I congratulated myself everyday for finding this San Antonio gem. High quality, renovated suites in a wonderful old building on a peaceful residential street just one block from a cluster of great restaurants. Fantastic neighborhood. Parking is right outside on the street, very safe. Situated 3 blocks from the... More

For a displaced auto worker in south Texas, San Antonio was the perfect place to have the wife fly down from Detroit for Labor Day Weekend. As we have multiple timeshare condos and prefer that style of travel vs hotels, I did some hunting for something similar. This was even better for us as it had everything a great timeshare... More

We had an anniversary getaway weekend and wanted something a little unique, eclectic and off the beaten path...this was just the place. The Madison Condo Suites are renovated buildings in the historic King William district of San Antonio. Our room had a little kitchenette, king bed and bathroom. We loved that it was private and special. We were able to... More

When we decided to spend spring break in San Antonio we knew we wanted to be near the sites but not in the immediate downtown area. We found this place through Vacation Rentals by Owner and made our reservations. The room was clean, the 1930's building recently remodeled, and came with a small kitchen. Our contacts with Nathan were through... More

My wife and I stayed at the Madison on a recent trip to San Antonio. It looked like our suite had been totally refurbished in the past year or so. The rooms were very clean and the new bed was extra comfortable. Best of all is the King William neighborhood, a historic district consisting of many elegant homes that have... More
