I liked the beds as they were fairly firm but there were only 2 pillows on each and one of them was so dingy I hesitated to use it even as a back brace. The bathtub had serious issues. There was paint splattered all over & it looked like it was dirty. The shower curtain definitely needed some bleach. Then... More

This hotel should be about $30 per night in line with the other hotel/motels in the area, instead of the $50-60 they charge. Bedding is stained with cigarette burns, the finish on the bath tub was peeling, some of the lights didn't work, and you should carry a gun for protection. The only plus was the very nice woman working... More

I stayed in this hotel in the month of May. The location was good. But the property lacked overall quality. Renovation work was going on. It was a total disturbance to the guests staying. The access way to the rooms were all scrapped with building dirt, material, etc,. It would have been much better, if they would have shut down... More

I stayed at this hotel by accident. My car broke down in the area and I ended up here. The front desk not only gave me a room at a discount price but they even called a mechanic for me. Everyone, even the owner, went out of their way to help me and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Wow, I was able to book a room while on the road. Quick, courteous personnel was able to reserve me a room instantly with the best possible rate available. The room was more than I expected; spacious, comfortable king size bed, cleanliness of entire room, plenty of amenities, cold quiet a/c. This hotel is tops inside and out. The pool... More

Per the front desk,Hotel Management saves money by leaving AC off in vacant rooms. When we arrived our room was 90-100+ degrees. It took an hour before the room temp was bearable. As we arrive late in the evening, needing to wait an additional hour to use the room and get to sleep was unacceptable. The carpets and bathroom floors... More

I have stayed in this motel several times. This time is the last!!! I am a truck driver and I stay in motels over 200 nights a year. Last summer (2012) I stayed there and woke up around 3:00 am with bedbugs all over my shoulders, chest, back & legs. I had welts all over me. I called front desk... More

My husband is a soldier and long term patient at BAMC for a combat injury. The Fisher House booked a stay here for my two children and I so we could visit him. The door took 5 minutes to open to the room and the stale smell made my stomach turn. The light would not turn on, there was what... More

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Where should I start? You know what they say “location, location, location” well this hotel was right off the freeway not bad right? Well it was also in a bad area that made us feel uncomfortable. We had to park our car in the front because the side door was locked... More
