The room was beautiful and the Hotel was great. The location is perfect for visiting the Alamo and Riverwalk. The front desk clerk Dennis gave us great customer service and sightseeing advice. The room was clean with a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable.

We were fortunate to get a large corner room with a view of the Alamo. Relatives gathered from 4 states and Japan to get together for the new year, 2104. The hotel's location was perfect for area attractions like the Riverwalk, and the Tower of Americas. In fact, on New Year's Eve, the fireworks at the top of the Tower... More

We only stayed one night in this hotel, but were quite satisfied. The price was great for what we got and the architecture was really cool. We were only one literal block from the Alamo and a few blocks from the River Walk. The beds were very comfortable (medium hardness). I would encourage anyone to stay here ... No complaints.

This is where I usually stay when I come to San Antonio. The rooms are clean, staff are nice and beds are comfortable. I love the feel of the hotel as well. You must try their breakfast quesadilla! I can see where it might need some touch up paint in the room. I noticed a few scuff marks but other... More

We were there to meet and celebrate a friends birthday. The hotel is very nicely renovated with respectfully preserving the original details of a historic details of the building. You can tell the developers did not hold back on spending on the comfort and at the same time highlighting the past. It was an excellent value considering the highly sought... More

This is the second time I have stayed at a Hotel Indigo - and it keeps getting better. I traveled alone and received exceptional service from both Michael and Lydia at the Bistro. Both were very friendly with me and ensured my stay at the hotel was a memorable one. I had no idea of the history and culture of... More

First of all, great location. And VERY interesting history, wonderfully preserved building. I paid appx $150 for one night (last minute), checked in early, staff was fabulous, no complaints as far as the cost, the service and general comfort of our room. I was in room 408. Beautiful view of the Alamo. Hallways were absolutely silent when I first came... More

Dear RowdyRocks, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. I apologize about the noises in your room, from this world or from anywhere else. Due to the hot Texas summer nights we invested in overly engineered AC units to keep your room cool and comfortable. However, I cannot explain the drawer opening by itself.... More

We hated our room but we believe not all rooms are bad. When we complained the staff person knew immediately we were in one of 3 rooms - on the 201, 202, or 209. We were in 202. The a/c blasted right on the head of the bed, all kinds of building utility noises, tiny room with a bedside table... More

We traveled here for a trade show at the convention center and we stayed at the Indigo. When we tried to first check in the room wasn't ready but the staff was nice and held our luggage. The rooms were very clean. The staff very pleasant. The best part of the stay is the location very near the convention center... More

Dear JTTsports , Thank you for your time, we appreciate you great review! Our location is hands down one of our best attributes. Also, the fact that we were built back in 1909 on the original grounds of the Alamo.
