Review for Oct. 1, 2007 stay. This Days Inn property claimed to have been renovated the beginning of 2007, and it appears to have been that to an extent. While the newer touches of a curved bath curtain rod and newer carpeting indicated that renovation, some of the furniture in my room (108) was not updated. The single king room is reasonable roomy, with both a refrigerator and a microwave. Quality of bed is good with four pillows of various firmness. Towels were not that luxurious but acceptable. Continental breakfast was sparse with donuts, bagels, muffins, cereal, hot waffles, juices and coffee. Nothing spectacular, but reasonable. The property offers wireless internet, and the performance was fine. Environment, however, is challenging in the sense that it is right next to the two expressways. The two story L shaped building seemed to collect all the noise the expressways can throw at it, and there are also train tracks behind the building that occasionally added to the noise... more
