Recently attended a concert at the AT&T Center and have always liked the Hyatt brand. You'll have to stay at least twice in a Hyatt Place to get acclimated to the atmosphere of a Hyatt Place. This one, in particular, gets high ratings. Personable and helpful front desk with a queit and clean room. This one didn't have a refrigerator... more

This is my second time staying at a Hyatt Place Hotel and the location on Jones Maltsberger Road met and even exceeded my expectations. I stayed for one night in Room #525. The room is spacious and well decorated, as is the entire hotel. Admittedly, the reception desk and lobby area looked more to me like a restaurant than a... more

The hotel staff was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and from check in to when we left every employee of this hotel were top notch... The mini suite with two beds was perfect for our travel needs and the room was clean and the beds were really great. The location was just off the highway and really close to... more

Seems like a nice little hotel here. Surprised that it was actually an older hotel with the recent make over to be the Hyatt Place. These properties are a real treat to stay at. This one, however, seemed to be all by itself at the end of the road just off the highway near the airport. There's not much to... more

What a great design....so fresh and modern. I love the big flat screen TV that tilts to either the bed or couch area. The color scheme is great and everything so nicely designed. The shower/toilet room is small and the shower doesn't have a full glass door (I guess they're trying to be modern and minimalist) so it looks cool... more

This hotel was formerly Amerisuites and has had a complete and beautiful upgrade! My husband travels a lot to San Antonio for work and occasionally I will go with him. When it was Amerisuites the rooms were dark and very drab. Now since Hyatt has taken over it is a whole new place. The rooms are bright, have nice upgrades... more

I arrived early, at about 1 pm. There is never any drama over early check-in, because you are dealing with a kiosk and not a person. I got a room on the 6th, and highest floor. I love the TV's, living areas, and design of both Hyatt Place's I have visited. They are bright and fun. I had stayed in... more

This was our first stay in a Hyatt Place and we were mighty impressed. The rooms, all suites, were great - comfy beds, flat screen TVs. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fresh, the ambience of the lounge area great, and I really liked the idea that you could purchase additional food during the day, and beer and wine. The only... more

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place property. Most likely my last. Not a good experience. I had reserved two nights, but canceled the second night to stay elsewhere. The staff was indifferent, and I felt like I was disturbing them if I tried asking about anything. One guy in particular made me feel that he was about... more

No one at the hotel seemed to know what was going it. It was chaos in the front lobby. It's great to have three people greet me. It would be even better if they could actually check me in to the hotel. The staff couldn't make the check-in system work, they kept giving me room keys that didn't work. I... more
