I see what people complain about. The front desk was incredibly slow and inattentive on check in. She did not seem born rude but trained with the wrong priorities. The location is certainly not on what most people think of as the Riverwalk but an extension, however it is only a short walk. Stupidly they lock the Riverwalk gate early.... more
