“Amazing customer service!”

Love how it's so close to lackland afb if you wanna stay off base. The hotel In my opinion was very neat the way it was designed. The staff was amazing and even called into the room to see if I needed anything. The cleanliness was as good as to be expected for a chain hotel :)

The staff was very efficient. We were there for basic training grad. They helped with directions to everything and even organized transportation to do some sight seeing. foresight and service by Holiday Inn Lackland.

Our whole family have never had such a wonderful stay at a hotel. The rooms were wonderful, the comfortable bed was heaven. I believe the best part to be the staff. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly, respectful, and they put their guests first. We highly recommend it! Great stay for Lackland, AFB graduation.

Good value for the price. Comfortable rooms, good service. No continental breakfast but dining room is open for cook to order. Many eating places available in area, however. Bathrooms were very small. Overall, good value.
