Very comfortable room with windows that open to let the fresh air in; a rarity in these days of hermetically sealed rooms. Easy walk to everything. The onsite restaurant had great food too.

Clean spacious room in a great location that is within walking distance to sites and restaurants. A lovely, comfortable place. They even supplied outsized umbrellas when we went out in the rain! Walking distance to just about anything you might want to see in Salem.

Had a large group of family and friends in Salem for my sons wedding. Some stayed at The Hawthorne, we stayed at Salem Waterfront....in discussing our acomodations, I made the right choice .
