The location of the hotel is perfect but the hotel staff were incredibly rude. Being a warm weekend the A/C did not work and the sheets were absolutley dirty, covered in hair and yellow stains, when called front desk, I was told I had to come down to get new sheets. Great place for kids who liked the pool. It was cold out but the pool is warm and indoors. We visited the Witch Museum and other attractions in Salem then got the kids worn out with a nice long swim. This is a good choice if you are not into B&B's. It is not on the waterfront but some rooms have a view of the harbor over neighboring rooftops.
