First of all, you have to understand the house is a historical legend. It's actually OLDER than the House of the Seven Gables around the corner, which is a place where they won't even let you touch the walls because it's so old. But here, you can sleep and hang out and do whatever. This place is AMAZING. So it... More

We had a wonderful visit to Salem and in particular, the Stephen Daniels House! As a history buff, I found this antique filled home dating from 1667 absolutely fascinating! Robin was a very helpful and welcoming host. I especially enjoyed her post breakfast full house tour. What a treat!! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I had a terrific stay at the Stephen Daniels House. The house is a historic treasure and the innkeeper Robin is amazing. She graciously accommodated our need for an earlier breakfast time without us even asking! Quiet location, yet only steps away from the local music scene. I highly recommend this charming inn.

My cousin and I are looking at going to Salem MA next July for a get away weekend. I called the Daniels House to just get some information on the place , possibly see what their usual summer rates look like and to see when a good time to reserve a room would be . The lady that answered was... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Stephen Daniels house the weekend of the 25th of October. We were warmly welcomed by Robin and Kay. We have never stayed at a B&B before and we sure did find the best in Salem! We stayed in the Acorn room on the 3rd floor of the home. It was filled with so... More

My niece and I stayed at Daniels last week. The home is 340 years old. The antiques are beautiful. And Kay the owner is very knowable with the history of the home and Salem. It must stay in Salem for at least one night.

I just came back from a vacation in Salem and stayed at The Daniels House. It was a travel back in time experience. I love the antique pieces around the house, especially the fireplace cum cooking area that's original to the house. I could not take enough photos! My room was very comfortable and spacious. The B&B's location is very... More

This was our second time staying at the Stephen Daniels House; we stayed there last year around the same time in September and liked it so much, we came back this year! The B&B is beautiful if you love authenticity and old world charm! There is interesting items in every corner; we loved the old fireplaces and decor from the... More

My wife, 2 twin 4 year old boys and I traveled to Salem for a three day excursion via water ferry from Boston (Florida natives up for our annual Fenway Park family retreat). We landed without a reservation or plan, other than to take the journey as it presented itself. After calling 4 B&B's and explaining that we had younger... More
