Wonderful staff, very friendly, rooms very modern, and the beds were very comfortable and the noise level was not bad as I was on the second floor. Everything worked, the air conditioning had to be adjusted but the maintenance man came right away and fixed the problem. It was a joy staying here. This was my 2nd time and I... More

I stayed here for two weeks and it was pleasant. This is a nice hotel and well kept. My room was clean as well as my bed sheets, towels and kitchen ware. My room was ordor free which is always a plus. Breakfast is served every morning in the lobby area with a decent little selection free of charge. Monday,... More

First, I will apologize for the lateness of this review. On March 27 and 29, I had the pleasure of staying in the Residence Inn Airport in Tucson, Az. The property is near the entrance of the airport. I was concerned about airport noise, but that was a non issue. The front desk staff was very friendly and check in... More

Retiree1986, Thank you for your feedback. It is always appreciated. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time with us. We do not typically get a lot of airport noise from the flight patterns, and we are thrilled that you found it nice and quiet. I will be sure to pass on your comments about your "painless" check in... More

This property is great! I stayed at my first Residence Inn this week while traveling on business. The property is less than a mile from the airport. When I arrived, I discovered an open airy layout of the property which includes a nice pool and small spa and lots of open outdoor landscaped space. The front desk staff was very... More

I am a big Marriott fan so when I needed a hotel near the Tucson airport of course I chose the Residence Inn. It is a 15 minute walk from the airport but they do have a van that will pick you up for free. The room was well laid out and very roomy! The reception dinner was nice with... More

I am a long time Marriott customer and am gold elite status and have stayed at many residence inns. This one does not measure up. If this is not the oldest residence in in the world, then I found out who stole the original furniture from very first hotel. The halls stink, the bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioner... Porsche989, I am disappointed to hear that your experience at our hotel was below your expectations. I have not been made aware of any mattress issues, but I will look into it. We did have a hallway air conditioner unit that we replaced in June, and that may have been the stale air smell that you may have termporarily experienced... More

Very pleasant and well located for a short trip to tucson. Personnaly, apreciate the fact of being close to the airport on arrival and departure. A little far from downtown. Great facilities and the staff are very friendly. Swiming suite is mandatory. Also have a barbecue in the pool for the guests to use.

So this was a decent hotel, the air conditioner was very loud, and the room we received was handicap accessible. We are a family of seven with little kids, the handicap accessible rooms meant no bath tub and no separation from the shower and the toilet. Just a bad choice for us. When I talked to the woman at the... More

Hello Alan, Thank you for your review and your comments. Our hotel only has a small number of one bedroom suites and a few of those suites are handicapped. The room was great with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink. Lots of room and quiet. The three of us were very comfortable. The staff was excellent and took care of all our needs. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and every time we were treated well.

Oh my goodness! You can't go wrong with your own kitchen, with all utensils and cookware included, a nice living room and the most comfortable king sized bed I've ever slept on. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and the staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet (was complimentary) included hot and cold items, coffee, tea,... More
