I am a long time Marriott customer and am gold elite status and have stayed at many residence inns. This one does not measure up. If this is not the oldest residence in in the world, then I found out who stole the original furniture from very first hotel. The halls stink, the bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioner... Porsche989, I am disappointed to hear that your experience at our hotel was below your expectations. I have not been made aware of any mattress issues, but I will look into it. We did have a hallway air conditioner unit that we replaced in June, and that may have been the stale air smell that you may have termporarily experienced... More

Very pleasant and well located for a short trip to tucson. Personnaly, apreciate the fact of being close to the airport on arrival and departure. A little far from downtown. Great facilities and the staff are very friendly. Swiming suite is mandatory. Also have a barbecue in the pool for the guests to use.

So this was a decent hotel, the air conditioner was very loud, and the room we received was handicap accessible. We are a family of seven with little kids, the handicap accessible rooms meant no bath tub and no separation from the shower and the toilet. Just a bad choice for us. When I talked to the woman at the... More

Hello Alan, Thank you for your review and your comments. Our hotel only has a small number of one bedroom suites and a few of those suites are handicapped. When a guests is unsatisfied with this room type we are always willing to split the room in to separate rooms or for families in to adjoining rooms if we have... More

The room was great with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink. Lots of room and quiet. The three of us were very comfortable. The staff was excellent and took care of all our needs. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and every time we were treated well.

Oh my goodness! You can't go wrong with your own kitchen, with all utensils and cookware included, a nice living room and the most comfortable king sized bed I've ever slept on. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and the staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet (was complimentary) included hot and cold items, coffee, tea,... More

3 nights and we were pleased. The rooms were clean and in good repair. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. It looked like a recent renovation that did a nice job. The food for breakfast was a little over-cooked, but still OK. There seemed to be only a single person handling the breakfast area, which meant... More

At a recent multiple-day stay, I found inconsistently in services -- breakfast, happy hour, and housekeeping. Overall, much below par. I've stayed at several Residence Inns recently; and this one disappoints: poor fitness room with outdated equipment, housekeeping did not provide soap or shampoo after day 1, and the happy hour charged from hot food items one evening. Definitely not... More

Hello Joseph, Thank you for your review and comments. I really do appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel and value your comments. I do apologize that your service was not what you are used to during your travels. You shampoo and soaps should be replaced when your room is cleaned, either daily or as needed. The exercise... Typical well-appointed Residence Inn. Nice pool area. I was a little surprised to see the staff clearing the breakfast buffet area a few minutes before the scheduled closing time. (Reminded me of government workers I see on a daily basis -- unable to wait for the next cigarette break.) or some reason, my key stopped working; remedied quickly be friendly... More

The ground an very well kept. The front desk girl was super nice and gave me an early check in. Rooms seemed either brand new or recently renovated...or the housekeeping was just top notch. The pool was closed which was sad. And the male night auditor was a little rude.

I stayed at the residence inn with my family for 4 days and found the staff to be very friendly and the rooms very clean. The rooms are large and very... More
