Imagine having your breakfasts prepared and served to you every day by a professional chef, who repeats none of the main breakfast dishes in six days, and includes fresh fruit, freshly made (and still warm) baked goods and her own blend of coffee with them. Imagine that every one of those main breakfast dishes are excellent and all involve fresh ingredients. Your chef-server-hostess is relaxed, organized, friendly, accommodating and doing all of this before heading off to another calling involving teaching nutrition and culinary arts to university students. But also know she is going to allot time to do a run-through of your overnight accommodations, to make sure you have clean sheets and towels and anything else you may need. She's going to leave you in a spacious and pretty backyard garden, which attracts all kinds of birds, has shaded seating and affords privacy if you want it, public space if you're mingling.
