OK for a one night stay to get up to 25 stays to renew my diamond status. The standard room is like a mini suite with a sitting area. Reasonably Clean WiFi no problem Breakfast is better than I expected with hot sandwiches, juice Free parking Front desk OK Rate is reasonable

The staff at this hotel was wonderful and extremely pleasant. We were always greeted upon entry to the lobby and always asked if they could do anything to make our stay more pleasant. Our room had one of the older A/C units and it was a bit noisy, but Angel was quick to respond and try to fix it. The... More

I usually stay at the Hyatt. This is by far the worst. I came in very late due to delays. When I got here after an exhausting day, I had to change my room three times because they put me in an accessible room without telling me. Jeff at the front desk said there was no more rooms when I... More

This is your standard Hyatt Place, built right off the blueprint. But it's a bit older and showing its age. Really time for a makeover, particularly in the rooms. Nowhere near enough outlets (and a couple that didn't work), worn carpet, a heating/cooling system controlled on the device (rather than the wall) that never really achieved the correct temperature. Also,... More

The physical plant is in serious need of repairs. Our "closet" and mirror assembly came down onto the sink area and we almost got hurt. The closet is unusable due to its location up against the sink and the inability to fully open the doors. The entire hotel room needs remodeling and refurbishing. Staff unable to deliver a pillow at... More

Hotel is right outside the airport grounds, on the left as you drive in. Directly across the street from car rental with shuttle. The room was a King, which was very nice. Divided in half the front by the door has a large sectional sofa, a wet bar with fridge and a desk. The TV is between the two halves... More

We stayed here because we had a very early flight the next morning, but our flight was cancelled due to weather so we stayed 2 nights. We booked a king high floor suite and it was a very nice room with a very comfortable bed, a living area with sectional couch (which I believe was a sleeper), a desk, and... More

We stayed here after a long flight from Europe. The hotel looks like all other Hyatt Place hotels but desperately needs a facelift. What made our stay was the staff. The evening we arrived, we were exhausted and looking it. The staff quickly checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning, the staff found... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel during a long wedding weekend in October. The complementary breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and engaging. The lobby is trendy and the location of the hotel was helpful for our trip. For the unacquainted, Tucson is extremely spread out and vast spaces exist between destinations. We... More

Let e start by saying that after requesting 2 double beds 4 weeks in advance we were not given one. It used to be a great property, but the rooms are really getting old. Unfortunately we had to change room 3 times before settling in a room that didn't smell or things were functional enough to sleep in, or at... More
