Only stayed on a night before a flight out. The room was above average and the property was nice. The service seemed fine. Just a nicer place than other airport choices. The bar serves some food items that were ok but the choices were limited. I'd advise eating elsewhere. Good for overnight.

My friend and I stay here almost every year when we come for the gem show in February. It is clean, front desk staff very friendly (Dina comes to mind, but everyone was great), breakfast is fine with paid options available and nice little bar in the lobby. Very pleasant place!

My family and I arrived after 8 pm for check in after a long drive and were informed that since we had booked through a third party website that our room preference was not available (2 doubles). I had three people for the room and the best they could offer was a king plus a pull out sofa. Fortunately, the... More

My boyfriend, his young daughter and I stayed at the Tucson Airport Hyatt Place to earn Gold PassPort Points. Front Desk was very helpful upon check-in. Jaime came out from behind the desk to welcome me as a HYATT VISA cardholder, and thanked me for my loyalty. I asked if the outdoor pool is heated and Jaime told me yes—82... More

Everything was very nice! People are very friendly! Clean! Breakfast was ok! Some waste do to people taking the breakfast sandwiches and only eating the ham&eggs! The only bad I seen was a/c (yes it was hot enough for a/c) makes a lot of noise and the elevator would drop alittle when the door would open! Just freaked me out!... More

I booked this hotel using my Hyatt Gold Passport points (Hyatt's point program is the most liberal of hotel programs). However, after staying there and having to drive back and forth to the U of AZ for family weekend, it came apparent that staying at this hotel for any activities related to the U of AZ is not recommended as... Service was top-notch, except for the two people that argued about who would take me to airport at 4;15 a.m. while I was standing there waiting for them to decide..... The rest of the staff was totally top-notch. The first day I was there the toilet was blocked. I came back to my room after the game in Phoenix ,... More

I've stayed at this hotel at least 5 times and it's always one I want to return to for a visit. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I like the layout of the Hyatt Place hotels with a large TV and living area. Great place!!

I though the rooms were clean. Food at bar is limited but acceptable, the irons and coffee makers are in real bad shape. It is close to airport so that is good. Service is hit or miss, they do have a good variety of beer, for what food they do offer I was pleasantly surprised.

Our 4th and final Hyatt Place on this holiday and it did not disappoint. As with all Hyatt Place hotels, the rooms were large, the WiFi good and free, the breakfast good and free. Chosen because of proximity to airport [a 5 minute drive], the hotel was everything that we had come to expect from Hyatt Place - very happy... More
