We stayed here because we had a very early flight the next morning, but our flight was cancelled due to weather so we stayed 2 nights. We booked a king high floor suite and it was a very nice room with a very comfortable bed, a living area with sectional couch (which I believe was a sleeper), a desk, and... More

We stayed here after a long flight from Europe. The hotel looks like all other Hyatt Place hotels but desperately needs a facelift. What made our stay was the staff. The evening we arrived, we were exhausted and looking it. The staff quickly checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning, the staff found... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel during a long wedding weekend in October. The complementary breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and engaging. The lobby is trendy and the location of the hotel was helpful for our trip. For the unacquainted, Tucson is extremely spread out and vast spaces exist between destinations. We... More

Let e start by saying that after requesting 2 double beds 4 weeks in advance we were not given one. It used to be a great property, but the rooms are really getting old. Unfortunately we had to change room 3 times before settling in a room that didn't smell or things were functional enough to sleep in, or at... More

We've stayed at a Motel 6 that was in better condition. Bathroom tile let water leak under wall to carpet; tub faucet spout separating from wall; double beds just too small for even a shorty like me. Room size was very generous though. First time to stay at a Hyatt though. I miss all day free coffee like at other... More

First and last time at a Hyatt Place, most likely. The mattress was so thin that I could feel the coils, and every time I rolled over the springs squeaked loudly. Good pillows, though. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was horribly disappointing. My daughter poured skim milk over her cereal, took one bite, and promptly gagged. The milk was incredibly sour... More

Only stayed on a night before a flight out. The room was above average and the property was nice. The service seemed fine. Just a nicer place than other airport choices. The bar serves some food items that were ok but the choices were limited. I'd advise eating elsewhere. Good for overnight.

My friend and I stay here almost every year when we come for the gem show in February. It is clean, front desk staff very friendly (Dina comes to mind, but everyone was great), breakfast is fine with paid options available and nice little bar in the lobby. Very pleasant place!

My family and I arrived after 8 pm for check in after a long drive and were informed that since we had booked through a third party website that our room preference was not available (2 doubles). I had three people for the room and the best they could offer was a king plus a pull out sofa. Fortunately, the... More

My boyfriend, his young daughter and I stayed at the Tucson Airport Hyatt Place to earn Gold PassPort Points. Front Desk was very helpful upon check-in. Jaime came out from behind the desk to welcome me as a HYATT VISA cardholder, and thanked me for my loyalty. I asked if the outdoor pool is heated and Jaime told me yes—82... More
