I booked this hotel several months in advance for my sons wedding. I could not have been more happier. We did get a group rate that was very reasonable. I live on the east coast so I was unfamiliar with the area. The hotel staff was very accomodating on helping me set up my rehearsal dinner. We also had the... more

Stayed there for 4 nights with maid service exactly once. This was over Thanksgiving and the day before the holiday a paper was slid under my door saying there would be limited maid service the next day. It was indeed limited, and I had none. The only day I had maid service was the second day when I specifically asked... more

The Comfort Suites at the Tucson Mall is, in the main, a first-rate motel with many “pluses” that make it one of the better lodging buys in the northern Tucson area. Anyone who needs to be in the region would be hard pressed to find a better or more reasonable place to stay. It’s location virtually across the street from... more

Nice hotel located right by Tucson Mall near Sears. Able to walk right over and did a little Christmas shopping. Plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants in the area. The room was adequate and wasn't too noisy despite all the out of town Christmas shoppers. The breakfast was good - the usual, waffles, eggs, cereal, coffee. No complaints! more

Stayed two nites there last week. Still a good value like the other reviews said. Like other motels in this price range I've stayed at the carpeting needs cleaning. Bring sandals to wear around the room. more

It may have been all of the hiking I did - it may have been the three (3) hour time difference from Michigan - but then again it could have been the comfortable bed and the relative quiet in the room despite the fact that it was next to the elevator and there were several high school baseball teams holed... more

Very nice hotel in a great location. It is close to a mall, food, and centrally located. It is not a hotel with a view, however you can see the mountains from this location - but you are in the city next to a mall and new car dealers. The rooms are nice with fridge and microwave. The beds are... more

I traveled with a group of 16 for the National Master 's Synchronized Swimmers competition in Tucson. The hotel was excellent. Beds extremely comfortable, rooms spotless and well cleaned, great breakfast in am, some hot and cold food, and very accessible to Tucson and outer areas. Staff at the desk, and hotel as a whole, very pleasant and helpful. The... more

We stayed at the Comfort Suites (2 adults 2 kids) for 1 night on our travels to the Grand Canyon. Our room was very clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfy and our room was reasonably quiet. Continental breakfast provided was good too with plenty to choose from. We found the free... more

Our family of three stayed here for several days in March. We had some problems with the fridge. For some reason, if the light was turned off in our room, the fridge turned off. We fixed the problem by plugging the fridge into a different outlet but not before our leftovers were ruined. Other family members were on vacation with... more
