After being on the road for the past several weeks, this hotel was a sweet surprise. With easy access on and off I-10 it was very conveniently located. The staff here was the friendliest I’ve met. The lobby was clean, bright, and shiny. During our stay I saw one employee on her hands and knees cleaning the BOTTOM of the... More

Whether you know this hotel as Clarion or Quality doesn't matter one bit. What it needs isn't a name change but a major update! It's currently called Quality but Choice Hotels is the parent company that owns them both. The main problem with this hotel is it's age. For example we thought the tub was dirty in one of the... Completely run down inside and out!! We pulled up and it looked nothing like the pics, but I thought "well it's probably nicer on the inside". It wasn't! Our room was in major need of a deep cleaning, the bathroom sink had dried coffee drops all over it, the baseboards of the bathroom have never been cleaned and some type... More

The first problem we had was trying to find the hotel. My husband booked it online so we were relying upon google maps to direct us there. It turns out this used to be a Clarion Inn but is now being changed to a Quality Inn and signage had not been changed to reflect that (I don't consider the Quality... More

I'm not going to share the photos I took when I was at this hotel recently, but just imagine and know it was actually much worse than you can imagine. I booked a room at this Clarion Inn (A "Quality Inn") for a weekend, which happened to be during the Gem and Mineral Show-which seemed to be All over town.... More

This hotel is run down and needs a full renovation. I was not happy with this place at all. There were water stains in the ceiling, stains in the carpet, unprofessionally sealed holes in the wall, etc. The side door which gives access to the outside did not close leaving the hotel guests exposed to any outside intruders. The hotel... More

At check-in the front desk attendant was enjoying her friends company, i wish i could have friends at work. next...restroom fan broken...additional door lock missing. no big deal. But the next day, we had a furry visitor running from the restroom into the closet. I ordered my room without a MOUSE. my daughter saw it, ran and jumped onto a... More

The only reason it gets a "poor" not "terrible" is because we actually spent the whole night. Staff at check in was more interested in chatting with her "visitor" than checking me in. Pool was dirty, and the spa jets didn't work. This place needs a SERIOUS MAKE OVER. Half the signage says "Quality Inn" (Thought this was a Clarion?)... More

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, this was the worst. Carpet was dirty, bed had hair , toilet did not work and worst of all no water for a shower. I have never asked to speak to management, but I did this time. Of course he/she wasn't available. I was told I would get a phone call by... More

Uncomfortable beds, dirty carpet, noisy AC, not enough towels for 3 people, lack of variety in free breakfast, dirty towel, and dirty bathroom. We had already made reservation and did not have another choice but to sleep here on our way to Mexico from Los Angeles. Although customer service was great, the room was just not comfortable or cleaned at all.... More
