While the room furnishings were dated, the helpful staff, good breakfast, pool & patio were great. The restaurants in the same plaza were in a lovely setting and had good food. A nice stay in the Tucson area.

My room was spacious with some good lighting and seating. It was clean though somewhat dated. The bed was soft, which i like. Breakfast was uninspiring, typical of mid-priced hotels. (many Hilton Garden Inns seem to have nicer breakfasts) The breakfast area is somewhat sparse. The staff was polite, helpful and effective. I had a scheduled medical procedure and my... More

Love everything about this hotel. We had a patio room which I recommend, Pool was just steps away and it is so nice to just sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Room was nice, beds comfy. Kitchen is tiny with no utensils so be prepared for that. Pool is beautiful and well taken care of. Sunshine most of the day.... More

How this hotel gets good reviews I have no idea. No service ( we weren't told about free cookies, drinks or given any info on facilities when we arrived). Pool area uninspiring and rooms awful- very outdated, beds uncomfortable and walls paper thin, heard the ice machine very time it was used and when the person in the next room... More

This place is clean and is perfect for a few nights stay. It is close to the airport and only a mile from local shopping and resturants. My room was very clean and spacious although it could use an update on decor for sure. I did not eat the breakfast but it looked like more than your average continental deal.

We choose this hotel mainly for the location--close to family--and reputation for comfort and friendliness. North of central Tucson, it's not particularly convenient to the university or downtown, but it's part of a very pleasing plaza with good shops and restaurants. Our room--I think they're all suites--was very spacious and well-designed, and included a kitchenette; for shopping, Trader Joe's is... More

I stayed at Windmill Suites a few weeks ago and enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very helpful; the place was clean; and I enjoyed the breakfast. I was traveling on business and appreciated its easy access to the Tucson airport but far enough away that it was quite quiet. I liked that we were in a shopping... More

This isn't a bad place, it is clean, functional. Ring ring, it's the 90s calling, they want their televisions back, although on the channels provided there is nothing worth watching. It's on the outskirts of town, so if you want to be able to walk to interesting places, go somewhere else. Breakfast is a zoo, this is a large hotel... More

I would actually rate this a bit below average, but that's not an option. Accommodations are basic and the room we stayed in was very plain. Breakfast was included but the buffet is very poorly laid out so that everyone is doubling back to find what they need. The big plus was the friendly staff. We were in an accessible... More

I have stayed at Windmill Suites many times but decided to finally write a review because I have had a consistent disappointment with the staff. I will characterize them as unaccommodating. I merely asked if I could have a later check out due airline flight issues, and I immediately received "attitude" from the front desk clerk that I needed to... More
