I stayed here for 3 nights in April 2015. Big hotel right next to UofA and right on University Ave with lots of shopping and restaurants. My room was just OK, but it had a great little balcony I used as much as I could. No fridge or anything. I get access to concierge lounge but that was a let... More

Very dated hotel. Service was very slow in the restaurant and menu was very limited. $23 a day for valet and $14.00 a day for wifi. The location is great. Right on the U of A campus but the hotel is in need of a remodel and new management.

With easy access to the University of Arizona and the surrounding community this Marriott was a wonderful place enjoy a conference and then unwind. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and I had a great view of the mountains. Everything was spotless. A room service burger was juicy and cooked perfectly and delivered with a... More

The first room we got had hair in the tub/shower and the phone didn't work. We got a second room that was better, but the entire hotel is very, very outdated. You are paying for the location next to the University of Arizona. If you are not staying here for it's location, there are better options. The staff was very... More

Libby the concierge was amazing... Not only did she help me with a very difficult reservation. She spent over an hour of her time making sure my night went perfectly. The hotel is very nice, but Libby the concierge was fantastic and very sweet and carrying of her patrons.

Worst Marriott property I have ever stayed in! Elevators didn't work, customer service was very poor! All of this for $200 per night in Tucson? Upon check in there were three people, not busy but found it necessary to be rude and almost dismissive? Better off staying somewhere, anywhere!!!

Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately are elevators malfunctioned and our service provider was called immediately as safety for our guests is our first priority. One of the elevators was immediately put back into service while the other one unfortunately took longer as parts needed to be sent to the property overnight. Our associates... More

We were in town for a college visit with our daughter. We stayed on the Concierge floor. Our daughter had to be out the door very early in the morning to go to swim practice. Libby wasn't even open in the lounge yet but made sure we had coffee to go and we had a milk for our daughters post... More

Everything about our stay at the Tucson Marriott University Park was excellent, from check-in to check-out! The staff, that may have consisted of university students was extremely helpful in providing directions around the hotel, advice for things to do that evening in the city, and providing information and directions to major sightseeing and educational venues in and around Tucson. They... More

The Marriot has good rooms and friendly service. In walking distance of UAZ, the Arizona State Museum with an amazing indigenous pottery collection. University Street is right around the corner with many restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub are relaxing.
