The Hilton Tucson East is in a decent location - at the east end of the town and relatively close to a decent variety of restaurants, shops, etc, but not terribly convenient to the interstates. My check-in was prompt and business-like, but not particularly warm or friendly. But that's ok. I ordered room service after a long day of traveling.... more

I loved how this hotel is set up and decorated. Unlike most hotels where they make you park behind the building and go through a door next to the dumpsters, parking is in the front and the entrance to all the floors and rooms is through the lobby. Glass elevators with the view to the lobby makes it extra fun... more

This hotel treated us quite well and we would gladly return! They were very nice to our convention group, supplying terrific meals, modern ambiance, lovely rooms. Concierge level room & lounge were fabulous, well worth the extra $$$. Pool was absolutely freezing, however. When lobby computer & one of the elevators broke, they had them both fixed promptly. Location of... more

We stayed here for 3 nights during our sun seeking trip to the SW. We were upgraded to the executive floor which made a huge difference as it included a free buffet b'fast as well as a liberal happy hour daily. The snacks were heavy enough to make a light dinner. Hotel in good shape, quiet, staff responsive and only had... more

Stayed here with my husband for 3 days in late March while attending a wedding. The hotel is located in the newer part of town, fairly close (but not within walking distance) to the U of A. There is no breakfast included, that requires an upgrade, but there is a Bruggers Bagels a short drive away. Pros: The property is... more

Husband and I stayed here for one night while revisiting some old college haunts & hiking sabino canyon. What a nice hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor, facing the mountains & Broadway. We did here road noise but turned the fan on the a/c on and we couldn't here a thing. The bed was really, really, really comfortable!! The... more

As a frequent traveler (200+ nights per year) I have stayed in a wide variety of hotels. I just returned from a 4 separate week stays at the Hilton East in Tucson, and I can state without hesitation that it is one of the better hotels I have stayed in. I had no complaints on either of the four weeks.... more

Got a great deal using Hilton HHonors awards points for this property compared to the other Hilton properties in the area. One of the signature features in the upgraded Hilton properties are the very comfortable beds. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as were the other staff we encoutered during our stay. They each went out of their... more
