We spent a week at the Viscount in early June. It was our second time at the hotel (with perhaps 10 years between visits) and we'd definitely return. The most memorable aspect of staying at the Viscount is fabulous breakfast with more hot and cold choices than you could possible ask for, including a fresh waffle and omelette bar (busy... More

Made the reservation with Linda on the phone and she greeted us at the desk with a big smile when we arrived. The facility was so nice, we gathered family from Tucson and Chandler for a quick reunion. Beautiful suite with many extras, dinner at Wilburs, and a pleasant full breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful.... More

I like the fact that all of the rooms are situated around an atrium behind a balcony and when you enter, it's a sitting area rather than the bedroom. The next best thing is that you can close the door to the bedroom, which is in the rear part of the room, so you do not hear any noise from... More

Enjoyed the size of our suite, staff was very friendly and treated us well, proximity to where needed to go and food was great. Wish the lobby and first floor area were updated. Pool was far to cold for our child to enjoy. Breakfast was very good.

We have stayed at the Viscount several times visiting our children at the UA and it is consistently very good, especially at the cost. Rooms are large suites with an ample sitting area, two TV's, microwave, and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. On top of all that, one of the best free breakfasts I have had... The Viscount Suites is wonderfully located, and typically a beautiful place to stay. The breakfast was great, we did not use the $10 gift cards at Wilbur's Grill, but I am sure it would have been good as well. However, the hotel rooms are showing wear and tear and are in need of makeovers! The suite was very large, but... More

The Viscount is an old timey hotel when they made them like a fortress. Concrete floors that are a foot thick to block the noise of the "furniture movers" that always occupy the room above you, and sound proof walls to drown out the partiers that always move in after you drift off to sleep. Entering the room, we had... More

Just to preface, I'm writing this review based on an incredibly cheap deal we got at the hotel. If I'd paid more I might have rated it lower, but overall I thought the hotel was a nice option for staying in Tucson. The rooms are definitely a bit run down, with visible wear and tear damage on the doors and... More

The Viscount Suite Hotel lives up to its promise -- all rooms are suites. The suites are spacious and provide two distinct separate areas that can be isolated from each other to provide privacy and quiet. Amenities are appopriate to the hotel -- refrigerator, mircrowave, hairdryer, free wifi, free parking. I only wish that there were more accessible electric outlets... More

Booked two rooms for my daughter and granddaughter. When they arrived the rooms weren't ready because some of the maids hadn't shown up for work. Many families waiting in lobby. When we got to the rooms one smelled like urine and vomit and in the lights didn't work in the second room. We called the desk but the maintenance guy... More
