With a king bed suite and off to the side from the Atrium, our room was very quiet. In the evening there was a party going on but I never heard a thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good and generous for being complementary.

Our annual Corvette Club Christmas Party was booked for the Viscount. We got bumped from the Rosario Room and put in Wilbers Bar and Grill!!( with no notice) You have a large group, all decked out in Christmas finery and you are put in a BAR with long tables and TV's all over the wall with ball games etc on.....once... Hotel is kind of cool looking from the inside. A little out dated however. The rooms themselves aren't special at all. Old boxy televisions and bathroom was a little gross. The rooms were very large however. The bar on the first floor seemed pretty cool. Nice live music when we walked by. The buffet for breakfast was pretty nice. Good... More

What is it with me and these time warps? I seem to step into them in a more than coincidental amount! Anyway - we rolled up to the Viscount, by which I mean we rolled past about 3 times, slowly, trying to find it - the outside lighting is terrible, and the hotel name is in pitch dark on the... More

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay at the Viscount! We are glad that you enjoyed our comfy beds, the size of our suites and our breakfast buffet. We apologize that you had trouble locating us and did not see our large neon blue sign with our property name. If there is anything I can do for you... More

The main part of the living and bedroom was fine. The bathroom was not accessible for a small wheelchair. You could pull in but not close the door. Hand rail was behind the toilet. Counter on one side - bathtub on the other. With help I was able to make it work but it would not work for someone much... More

The location of the hotel was great for downtown business. The suites are large and comfy, with a small frig, microwave & Keurig in the room. The suite I stayed in had been partially updated. Bathroom counter and mirror seemed new - but the tub surround and the tile floors are in need of remodel. The bed and pillows were... More

I have stayed at this hotel for several months due to work. The staff is outstanding. There are not enough superlatives to describe Cassie at the front desk. She is super helpful as is Maria in the breakfast area. The hotel is older but clean and an excellent value.

Purchased a Groupon to stay here; it's our family's tradition to celebrate a birthday w/ a simple weekend getaway. We don't have terribly high standards of a hotel we're typically 3-5 star seekers. My kids' main requirements (sadly) are a complimentary continental breakfast, a fitness center, a pool and hot tub (weather permitting). The complimentary breakfast buffet exceeded the kids’... About 4 miles from University of Arizona campus, this hotel was a great find for us. Much like an Embassy Suites in design, the 2 room suite was about $120/night on the football weekend when we visited. Included in the price of the room is a great buffet breakfast served in a large open room and including omelet bar and... More

We needed a place to stay with our two small kids as we traveled to Tombstone and Kartchner Caverns. It did the trick. It definitely needs updating. The pool area was okay. The breakfast was decent. It was nice to have the Keurig in the room, but they kept giving us one coffee and one tea. We didn't bother to... More
