Loved the quaint southwestern decor of the hotel. Staff was inviting and accommodative. Location is desirable, about 3 miles from the University about 10 from the airport. Within 2 miles there is a supermarket, liquor store and a variety of nice restaurants. Great for families or couples. Looking forward to going back.

This place was phenomenal. Very authentic, huge room with decorative tiles and a clay fireplace. Comfy beds, very private, and beautiful grounds. We stayed in at least ten hotels on our trip, and this by far was our favorite. Well, well worth the price. If we ever visit Tucson again, this will be our home away from home. I honestly... More

I'm a bit late in posting this review....my husband and I stayed here for three nights in February. Such a lovely place, with beautiful grounds and a wonderful restaurant. We stayed in one of the casitas, which was old but had such charm. The room was very large with a big desk, sofa and two chairs. The bed was very... More

This was a great location in proximity to the airport. Cute exterior and great interior. I will remember my stay here due to the great ambience and service at the on-sight restaurant. This hotel remind you that you are staying at a place in the desert with all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.

My daughter and I packed up her apartment in Houston to move her back to So Cal. Just outside of El Paso, we broke down in the middle of the dessert and were stranded for 2.5 hrs until AAA sent a tow truck. Fuel pump was replaced and we left for Tucson. 66 miles out of town, traffic completely stopped... More

My family and I just left yesterday and we have Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. From easy check in, the beautiful spacious double bed room(220), glass encased showers, gorgeous 24hour kid friendly pool, Happy Hour from 4-6 at the on site restaurant with great food and libations, staff who was very friendly and accommodating. We were... More

I stayed here just one night during a visit to Tucson. The room was quite comfortable, clean with all the amenities I would expect for a room booked at the last minute for $100 (thanks Hotel Tonight!). The towels and bedding were so soft I think they must have been brand new speaking of soft, the king size bed was... More

Imagine. You have been a regular customer for years. You just paid $120+ dollars for a room on a business trip and you needed a hot shower. Guess what? No hot water. Complain, and they offer to switch you to another room. But you are already unpacked and tired after 8 hours of driving. Its late, so try in the morning.... More

So glad that we found this place! The location is convenient to downtown, yet quiet and serene. The desert landscaping is beautifully maintained. There was a century plant near our room that was just about to bloom! The food is fresh and delicious!!!

I stayed here because the Double Tree was full. Their loss, my gain. I was attending an event at the Double Tree but I was glad to return to the Lodge each evening. The staff are courteous, the rooms are very nice and well maintained, the pool was relaxing and the whole property was relaxing. I'm still puzzled about the... More
