I was a pervious customer on multiple occasions the first week of April 2015. I had rented a room on multiple days within a week time span for convenience of location at Stone Inn, 1248 N Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705. Unfortunately, I was not only greeted with disgruntled management every time, but the rooms I was given were beyond... More

I've never paid a deposit for my room key - $5. The design of the door does not allow the person to bolt lock it from the inside…only a flimsy chain lock. The room looked clean overall but badly needs an upgrade. None of the three wifi channels connected. The bathroom came with shampoo but no soap at all. A... More

Very poor area of town, at night the rear parking lot is full of teen gangster wannabe's - smoking & hustling. Not sure if they're hanging out behind the hotel or the tattoo parlor which shares the rear parking area. Only new thing in the room was a new window & screen, good thing I did not try to open... I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights ($80/night). The staff seemed very nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The problem I had was with the shower on the 2nd night. The handle to turn on/off and change water temperature came off and sprayed hot water all over me with my clothes on. The water... More

I had read the most recent reviews about this place and felt that even if it was a low-budget hotel, I could handle it for one night. Boy was I wrong! From the minute I pulled in (broad daylight), I didn't feel safe. The people walking through the parking lot and down the sidewalk were sketchy and the gang tags... More

this hotel is not bad for the price, it was clean and quiet, close to downtown, not bad the water pressure in the shower was not good but hey,,,whatever. It was close to the downtown and university area. The miniature museum was kinda far but well worth it.

We stayed here during the Tucson Festival of Books and the room was fine. It is obviously an older motel that has been updated to be a Rodeway Inn but everything seemed to work fine. The king size bed we had was perfectly comfortable. One issue we had with the room is the amount of power outlets in the room.... More

This is a bare-bones but clean hotel. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer. Other than having scratchy towels, this hotel gives you what you need: a comfortable bed, even with better pillows than the Quality Inn & Suites that we stayed in the night before. There's only coffee in the morning and alas the ice machines were either... More

We used this hotel because it allowed pets (cat). The staff were friendly and the room clean. It is your basic motel but it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It is close to the University and not far off the freeway. Based upon our experience, we would use it again.

This hotel is run by nice friendly staff, reasonable value for money and is about a 25 minute walk to fourth avenue where the bars and restaurants are. The hotel was very clean and the stay was pleasant. This hotel is located around lots of similar hotels and lodges. My advice is book the cheapest as they all appear to... More
