My daughter had stayed here before with her 6 year old son so she talked me into staying here rather than the Viscount in east Tucson. Our drive here usually takes anywhere from 3.5 hrs to 4 hrs depending on traffic so a quick check in is a plus. I made tea for myself in the am, went out to... More

The property looks wonderful on the outside, is located in a beautiful desert setting and has plenty of out door activities to include a fabulous pool area. Unfortunately, the rooms have not been updated for quite some time. Specifically, antiquated and leaky faucets in the bathroom, badly stained carpet and few ammenities for this class of hotel. The air conditioning... More

I attended a week-long conference and I give 5 stars for the meeting rooms and 3 stars for the hotel rooms and layout. First, the meeting rooms are well laid out, very good visually, and an exceptional staff to work with. The rooms are a good mixture of a very large rooms for meals and plenary sessions with smaller breakout... More

The Conquistador is on the outskirts of Tuscon and the scenery is stunning. As you lie round the pool you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Good accommodation and a nice couple of restaurants and also stables which offer horse riding in the local countryside. Ideal for families as pool has slides and a nice pool-side snack bar.

Property is older and away from downtown. My room was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was great. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. The staff was friendly and engaging. The views of the sky at night are amazing.

The staff of this hotel is exceptional. We had the opportunity to stay for an extended amount of time and were really impressed by the entire hotel staff. Jasmine, Rachel, and Theresa at the front desk were amazing.

Really enjoyed our time here. We happened to stay at the casitas just off the main property and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel is immaculate in appearance and staff very friendly. Pool is focal centerpiece of resort and Mt. Lemon is displayed gloriously in the background. Great resort for pictures and videos as it was bright and... More

My wife and I took a break from visiting her parents in Phoenix to escape for a bubble at this awesome resort. There is little to do to improve the weekend getaway experience as the grounds are beautiful, the staff are kind and courteous, and the natural beauty of Pusch Ridge is heaven sent. Epazote is a phenomenal restaurant, so... More

In a few words, the folks at this property worked hard to give their guests value and to provide a lot of summer fun activities. The resort fee includes wifi, bottled water, tennis court usage, self-parking, a paper and more, all fully explained. The staff was beyond gracious and friendly, offering assistance with luggage, a tour of the property, a... More

I went to pick up my son from his chess camp and stay a long weekend. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff helpful, However, overall the service and food was poor, even though the price was reasonable. For example, never once did room service return a call (you never got through first time) and for me as... More
