Excellent get away with beautiful views and plenty of extras to enjoy like the pool, bar & bicycling! We enjoyed the beautiful facility and in addition, there was plenty to do in the area (local dining, clubs & hiking). Highly recommended!!!

I've stayed here several times, always for business, and the stay has been the same every time: good. This is an older property that is beautifully located at the foot of a mountain range that never ceases to disappoint every time you look at it. There is a bit of a motel feel to it, with the the main resort... More

Great Resort and staff was very friendly. Would come back. There is a change in management that needs to be executed so employees know what's going on, but hopefully that goes over well. Lot of potential.

My husband and I reserve rooms in the Casita. The unit had a funny odor almost like sewer gas. We asked to be moved . Can't explain it because the room seemed clean. The main lodge and the location were very beautifull.

So I will first stipulate that my visit to the property was for business, and I used no other facilities other than the fitness center and the room. The resort overall appears very appealing, from the architecture, to the views I was impressed. Notably inconsistent with the exterior appeal, I found the room lacking. The furniture, bed, mattresses, and the... More

Very large hotel which I stayed at on a business trip. The hotel was paid for so I cannot comment on value for money. I stayed in early Jan and there were hardly any guests at the hotel other than those on my business trip at the time. Rooms are very large which is great but the hotel generally has... More

A very inviting resort. It sits quietly by itself, yet it's not far from a main highway. The staff was so friendly. I wasn't feeling great and they were very helpful in helping me get on the road to recovery.

...because I do not. You can here every movement in the building, starting very early (5/6ish) in the morning, even on the weekends. My husband is a hard sleeper and even he was awoken by the noise, housekeeping, sliding glass doors, baggage rolling in the halls, or even just other occupants talking. It is also outdated and worn a bit,... More

Excellent property with tremendous value for dollars spent. Staff was very attentive and responsive. This was our second year for our corporate kickoff meeting. Once again, your team helped get the year off to a great start.

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconveniences you experienced due to the miscommunication. I hope that you spoke with your server or restaurant manager regarding your dining experience, as that is not the normal high level of service that we provide or are known for.
