Was probably awesome during the Reagan Era. Still good but desperately needs an update. Decor is old. Plumbing not great. Matresses older and flat panel television had sound but no picture. Not a bad value overall as the property setting is simply amazing.

Wonderful place to have a meeting. Excellent food, service and facilities. So many options to make a conference invigorating instead of boring. The level of amenities and service in such a beautiful location makes it a great place to engage the mind and relax the body. Fabulous!

Surrounding area is gorgeous. Large heated pool. Water slide for the kids. Lots of kids, though, running up and down the halls. This is not necessarily an adult-friendly property. Genuinely friendly staff. Local area has several gastric delights. eh. Not the newest but clean and not overly worn. Front desk staff welcoming. Restaurants typical of most Hilton hotels. Bikes and... More

We stayed for 4 days left for 1 and came back for 2 because it was so nice. The large heated pool was heaven and the mountain view to die for. Walking distance to the golf course. Staff was extremely nice and enjoyed visiting with them too. We didn't have the grandkids with us, but they would have loved the... More

Great facilities and very friendly staff. The weather was wonderful, we enjoyed the views of the mountains, and made good use of the pool, hot tub, bikes, and tennis courts. There were several great restaurants within 5 miles (in addition to the great food on site).

Pools are worth the stay if you have kids traveling with you. Our 14 year old and 10 year old loved the water slide. Location is amazing with the Catalina mountains looming overhead. Room was big and decent. Not amazing but clean and nice. Lots of food choices nearby including grocery store (Fry's) and Starbucks, Panera and In N Out... More

There is an upcharge to the basic daily room rate to provide services we did not use. Paying for the hotel shuttle and other services when there is no need should not be an add-on daily charge whether you use them or not. Also some of the room fixtures such as vanity are outdated and show wear like you would... More

I had read plenty of reviews of this property and many were unkind. The reality is that the property was recently sold and renovations are planned. But the property is lovely anyway. There were some nits during my six day stay. My maid service was inconsistent on what was actually left in the room a couple of days. I called... More

After retiring this year my husband and I decided to plan an extended stay here. We vacationed here over the last 3 years and had always loved the hotel, and people. From the beginning of our planning this 23 day stay we received excellent support from Shannon Schilling who worked with us to make our stay a reality. The staff... More

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. $20 a night resort fee is a scam for a Hilton property. Room was old and dated as others have described. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Views are amazing which is probably why they are still in business. I wouldn't stay here again just because of the musty smell... More

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you experienced with the AC issues. I am pleased to share that our property will soon begin a $16 million dollar renovation that will be completed in 2016. While I cannot change your recent experience, I hope that you will return to experience our newly renovated resort, and the amazing views. Sincerely,... More
