The Hilton staff was wonderful. Everyone accommodated any requests that we had. Rachel at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued. The restaurant food was exceptional. I highly recommend the wedge salad and any of the steaks on the menu. The pool area was clean, and the staff was attentive, and were always near when... More

A spectacular resort that looks, feels, and is wonderful. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are spacious, and the service is pretty good. Went there on business by myself so really didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities, but the pools was gorgeous and the fire rings around it made for a really nice place to chat... More

This hotel is a little older but we'll kept and the grounds are beautiful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. All the rooms had great views. We went to the pool bar and hot rub. Great service all around. There's Starbucks Coffee brewed in your room or lattes and other drinks in the lobby area. I would definitely stay there... More

The hotel was clean and staff was fine. Check in took longer than it should have but no real problems. The real issue was that one of the two beds was much lower than the other and had a good size indentation area in the middle that you rolled into without wanting to.

When we first arrived the bellman Christian was extremely helpful, he showed us to our room and answered any and all questions we had. When we went to have breakfast he even stopped to see how our first day was. At the front desk Jasmin was excellent as well, she made sure all of our needs were met and would... More

This hotel has everything from pool to incredible views, great food and shopping to relaxation in their wonderful spa, and a incredibly attentive staff from housekeeping to the front desk. As someone who is mobility challenged, I also appreciated the section of the facility with door openers.

We were upgraded to a casita so we had a little house with a microwave and refrigerator. Our back porch faced out to the mountains and dessert landscape. The living room had a huge TV, couch and chairs. We ate take out one night and ate at the dining table, but be sure you get your supplies for eating, there... More

Beautiful property. Had terrace on 4th floor overlooking the inviting pool area. Beds were especially comfortable. Rooms were very clean and quiet. We didn't get to use the pool as we were just staying one night. Wish we were staying longer. Don't have any complaints.

A quick weekend trip from Phoenix to visit Tucson. This is a nice property that is quite spread out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to open the lobby door for me each time I walked in and always greeted me as well. The property has great views of the valley and... More

the rooms are large and well furnished- staff very courteous and helpful- the food was excellent - excellent location- close to many major attractions. The spa was small but masseuse very good; pool could get crowded as more than half of it is over 5 feet and pre teens and families gathered in the shallow section; Spring in Arizona was... More
