We arrived mid-afternoon and were given keys for a room on the second floor. Carried the bags up the stairs. Neither of the two keys would open the door. Back down to the office while my wife waited with the bags outside the room. The desk clerk gave us a new room and two new keys. The new keys opened the door to the new room, but, upon entering, we were surprised to see a man asleep in the bed. Back down to the office for the third time, while my wife again waited with the bags, but not near the room. The desk clerk gave us a third room and two new keys. Carried the bags down the stairs, to the third room on the ground floor at the other end of the hotel.
Room was average to below average.
This hotel is in very bad condition.
We skipped the continental breakfast.
