This Inn looks good from the outside, but that's the best that can be said for it. This is a run-down motel, not an Inn, and certainly far from quality. From the inept desk clerk to the sorry condition of the room this place disappoints. There was a strong perfume smell that wasn't powerful enough to mask mold or other... More

Very simply put, this is a run down motel that needs a lot work! The lobby and pool areas actually weren't that bad and the employees were pleasant at check in, however, after you see the rooms get ready to be disgusted. The carpet in my room was old and dirty (even the dark green color of the carpet couldn't... More

I got double charged and was told that the money would be back in my account within twenty-four hours. Over 24hours and the money is still not there. The heater did not work, holes in the sheets and blankets, and the cable got shut off that night. The next morning while I was waiting for the manager a lady had... More

I will start by saying the staff was helpful and the sheets on the beds were clean. Other than that ugh.. Here are some word bits: broken TV, Door, Lights. Dirty looking shower, toilet carpet. Moaning groaning & other strange noises in the night. We stayed one night only because there was no where else to go because of a... More

This place is so disgusting, I'm not sure where to begin. Certainly not even close to the Quality Inn brand. 1. Train noise all night 2. No plug for bathroom sink. 3. One small package of coffee for coffee maker 4. One tiny bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap, no cream or conditioner 5. Talking and doors slamming... More

This hotel is in a questionable location. It is dirty and out-dated. The poorly lit parking lot is a criminal's dream. During the night, someone smashed the window out of our car and stole our stereo and personal belongings. Don't let the low price fool you. This place cost us a small fortune in auto damage and personal property loss.

It is not the best hotel out there but Henry from the front desk went beyond when helping my family through some difficult situation. So, to Henry, thank you Henry for helping us bring my nephew back home. Because of people like you we were able to bring him back. Thanks Henry!

Room was not clean, hand print smears all over window, drapes were tatty. A large strip of condoms were at the bedside. All over, very rough, undesirable. We left and went to Days Inn a couple of blocks north on the corner, which was quite nice, and only a few dollars more.

we had a nice stay, in Tucson on business and didn't need a ritz. it's an old place, but they are remodeling it. we had a suite for $47, think a regular room is about $36. our room was fine, I slept on the fold out couch and was comfortable. now don't expect a resort, or you will be disappointed... Had booked an Executive King Room. After driving for the whole day from Los Angeles reached around midnight. Was given room key, however the door would not open. The front desk said it was a defective lock. She then gave us another room. To our horror when we walked in the room was not cleaned. It was in the same... More
