This was not the nicest place I have ever stayed. It was way over priced for no better condition than it was in. It just was run down, not bad clean wise I think it just gave the impression of dirty because things were so run down. The window actually had a corner completely broken out of it so if... more

We called the hotel and expressed concern with the previous reviews. We were told by the manager to make sure to ask for the renovated rooms. We did. The place was obvious very old, missing trim, stains on the carpet, the grout in the bathroom was multi colored, stained from ??? Paint was peeling from the ceiling of the shower.... more

We where in Tucson for a Soccer Tournament and where placed at this dump. I had went on line to look at it and thought it looked really nice. All of the pictures on line have to of been doctored or something because this place is nasty. We had reserved a total of 16 rooms for the weekend. Before I... more

Our soccer team was in Tucson for the weekend and had no option to stay any where else. Once entering our room, the disgusting smell was overwhelming! It was nauseating to say the least! It smelled like the worst mold mixed with something I don't even want to think about!! There was no television and the telephone did not work.... more

We had a printed race track magazine that stated $39.00 per night. When we got there they would not stand by the $39.00 price printed. The breakfast was nothing but ceral water or coffee. If you even wanted cream for your sugar you had to pay for it. Pay for cream for your coffee??? Who has ever heard of that.... more

Our family recently had business to take care of in the Southwest. We needed a place close to Tucson Airport and I booked 4 rooms a couple of months in advance. We were so tired when we arrived. But the Palo Verde hacienda-style atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing -- the pool was great! The rooms were clean and stocked... more

Arrived in Tucson March 21 in need of rooms for 8 people for 4 nights.. Was directed to Palo Verde Inn and upon arrival was informed that they only had rooms available for 3 nights. The General Manager intervened and found that we could stay for the 4th night. Staff was extremely polite and went out of their way to... more

This hotel was overpriced. It looked better the photos. The Lobby was nicest part. I didn't get any sleep that night because there were drunk loud people outside of our room. At one time I looked at the clock and it was abour 3 AM and they were still yelling. I was afraid someone was going to try and break... more

first, it has a website: [-] it used to be a Ramada, and is no longer up to that standard for sure. compare travelocity prices to their prices, they told me sometimes one is cheaper than the other. avoid the suites, they are in a separate building, i believe that is where the long-stay seedy types are housed. the main... more
