room with kitchen not only dated but falling apart and no internet at all. was told that was common there. but kudos to employees especially Michelle who were very gracious trying to make it right and find either another hotel or a different room. The updated room was beautiful and still worked as it was large. had much better view... More

Great hotel but lacking in service. Rooms are not tidy when beds are made and lack of personnel makes service at restuaturants, other than Bob's was time consuming. Bellmen are the best part of the employees. As for golf, the Sonora golf course is better than catalina.

I was only at the Omni Resort for 1 night, but I will definitely stay here again in the future. Great guest service and lots of amenities on property. Pool area is a little smaller than some of the other Resorts, but that was not my primary reason for being there. My guest room was huge and the bathroom offered... More

If you enjoy being pampered by the most WONDERFUL staff, this is the place to stay... Lots of little touches to help make your visit special. Beautiful views; great food; great golf. Be aware though... there is a Resort tax tacked on to your billing for EACH DAY. While i do not think it is worth it, others may not... More

The Haciendas are a major disappointment - outdated, shabby, and not well maintained. We had birds nesting in our fireplace. After complaining about the room, we were moved to the main hotel - which was lovely - but it took two days. If you decide to book the hotel, make time for a massage with Eric. It was awesome and... The room consisted of a small kitchen, large bedroom, walk in closet, and large bathroom. Only issue was it felt dated. The TV was not a flat screen and the mattress had seen better days. The good thing was the price was very reasonable.

We recently booked our vacation for 5 days as a get-away. The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were lovely. What made our stay so special was the staff. They were all very accommodating and couldn't do enough to help us. It just made everything so easy. The casitas need updating but the quiet in the areas near our room... More

Have stayed here numerous times over the years and they have always kept things the same which is what we want. A very friendly/homey feeling in the entire property. Although upscale, it is not stuffy.

The quality of the room, pool, main facility, and meeting rooms was excellent. We were there to attend a wedding reception held at the hotel. The staff did a very nice job of taking care of all the details.

Some nice amenities, but my casita was dim and dingy, average in most areas, poor in others, including lighting and housekeeping. A lovely setting, and I did not play golf, which seems to be what it's for and all about. Hard to like the casita. Friendly staff.
