Visited during the Tucson Classic, great event. The Omni exceeded my expecation in all areas. Everything was perfect. The views are beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was impecable. I can't wait for my next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. A spacious bathroom too- wish I had had time to use the great looking tub. Instead, I opted for a visit to the spa. Love their steam room, and great after a long day of work to make the rounds to the steam room, whirlpool and relax in the spa.... More

Easily one of the nicest facilities that our company has used for a conference. Every aspect was great, from the food, to the golf, to the staff. All of the meals were good. If I had one knock, it was the speed of the Legends Restaurant on the first night we were there. From time to sit down, it took... More

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Omni resort. It was our first experience with this brand and we will be loyal returnees. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The facilities are very good - enjoyed Legends Bar & Grill drinks and shuffleboard - what a hoot! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and we walked along the golf course... More

This is a very nice place to stay if you're in the Tucson area - although it's very far from most parts of Tucson. Nice pool, friendly staff, pleasant grounds, beautiful spacious rooms. But don't eat here. This is not a 5 star hotel because the restaurants are just not up to par. Staff is friendly, but inept. All of... More

The suites by the tennis courts are a great location for kids and grandkids. There is a pool there as well. It is a location where you do not have to worry about kids disturbing other guests. There is space for them to run outside and not be in any danger. Staff is friendly to the children as well.

Spacious, newly renovated room overlooking the Driving Range by main lobby pool, Building 140-155. Room had comfortable sitting area with big bathtub. Lit fire torch columns around the blue lit pool made for a nice evening effect. A 2nd floor would of made for a nice view rather than our 1st floor. The jasmine plants gave off a nice scent... More

Overall this hotel met all my expectations. Clean, nice spacious rooms, good service. My only critique would be that room service is expensive and the fitness facility did not have one weight machine for legs.

The Casita style rooms away from the main building are so outdated and dingy. Small shower, falling apart curtains, stains in the carpet... For the price you pay to stay at a "resort", these rooms are the ultimate bait and switch for what you would expect. The front desk people were really friendly, but when we asked for a different... Excellent Stay. The staff, resort and room all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend anyone travelling to the Tucson area to consider this resort. It is quite evident that the resort leadership promotes a culture of guest service amd frienliness.
