The hotel was a bit tired & showing it's age - however the rooms were perfect for a guys golf trip. Front end staff, reception, bellman - EXCELLENT, could not have been better. Food & beverage another story - both restaurants,Legends Sports bar - service was horrible & food spotty at best - had to wait at least an hour... More

This hotel offers all the comforts of being at home while enjoying the well kept grounds and a round of golf. The Pro Shop had everything I needed. My room was very clean with a bar, new bedspreads, and plenty of room to relax and enjoyed quite and serene surroundings. The restaurants were are excellent with great service and Bob's... More

The views, climate, golf, restaurants are excellent and give a wonderful experience, BUT the Staff EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS. They are courteous, friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate your every need, want or wish. It is this group of people who make the stay more than just the obvious...

Not in good shape, beds are worn out and baths need upgrades. TV are the old type. I really think this hotel needs a face lift. The room didn't smell nice and the carpets were dirty. The kitchen had no plugs for the Microwave or the coffee pot which meant you had to move them.

Our small wedding at the Omni Tucson National Resort was beautiful! Catering Sales Manager Melinda Dillon took care of all the little details and set up our areas beautifully, even fixing my flower bouquet. Director of Food & Beverage Jeffrey White, along with his team of executive chefs, created the most wonderful meal. Everything was perfect - even the gorgeous... More

Omni Tucson National is a beautiful property that feels like a spa retreat. It has a traditional spa but what I am talking about is..the whole place is so relaxing that a relaxing feel. The grounds are immaculately cared for with blooming plants and trees lining the winding pathways to the rooms. The pool area is old school compared to... More

We had an outstanding stay at the Omni. The staff blew us away with how helpful and thoughtful they were. They jumped through hoops to make us feel welcome, accommodate last-minute spa visits, etc. The rooms are very nice, with a very private feel and great views of the golf course and mountains. Bob's Steakhouse has by far the best... More

The customer service throughout the hotel was as good as it gets. They really know what the definition of "customer service" is. From the minute we pulled up to the hotel, to the time we checked out, we were treated as a special guest. This along with the fine amenities will keep us coming back to the Omni Tucson whenever... We stayed here on our anniversary. They made us feel so special. The rooms were absolutely stunning! The view of the golf course was great. Staff went above and beyond. Not one single worker ignored us! Food was yummy! Fire pit was cozy! Will stay here again!

Purposely booked the older "Hacienda" room because they are larger and these rooms have their own pool. Didn't get the room - they gave me a "free" upgrade to a renovated room ( I could have booked this room for the same price - so it was free to them!!! The room they gave me had no refrigerator, no microwave... More
