We stayed for six nights in April and had a lovely time at this hotel. The service was exceptional, from free poolside treats such as mini icecreams and chilled grape kebabs to helpful advice on where to visit and options for dining. Our room was spacious and looked out over the city. It had a large balcony with some basic... More

Older, but beautiful hotel with mountain views, lovely pool and walking paths, scrumptious Sunday buffet at Easter. The rooms were fairly spacious (we got connecting rooms-kids room was half price). Decor could stand to be updated but overall they were sufficient. ONly negative was having to walk so far to our room. Elevators were not conveniently located. Service was excellent... More

My first impression of this resort was how beautiful the grounds were. The hotel itself is just as nice. We usually don't stay at resorts, but decided to "splurge" for our anniversary and also wanted to patronize a business in our own town. We got a great price at Priceline.com. This hotel is geared for relaxation. Everything about it just... More

We absolutely loved the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Tucked literally into Tucson's foothills, the hotel was elegant yet understated, beautifully appointed, and relaxing in every way. The room was tastefully decorated including a private balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains and a bathroom that was out of this world. I particularly loved the stone tile floors, spacious bath/shower,... More

This is suppose to be a 4 star hotel--unfortuantely it is going downhill fast. The only people you could get to be friendly with you was staff/maids and I walked by the same grape & crumbs on the floor for 2 days in a row. Room was getting tired & drab and a pillow was used on the couch to... More

My wife and I recently returned after six very enjoyable nights at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort where our expectations were exceeded across the board. Every employee we met, from the bellmen, to the folks at the desk, to the house keeping crew, to the concierge, went our of their way to be helpful without be pushy. The place is drop-dead... More

Stayed here two nights. Room was updated and quiet. We ate at the Canyon Cafe for the breakfast buffet both mornings. Enjoyed it very much. Pomegranate juice and delicious pecan rolls among the offerings. Loved the grounds. So many plants in bloom. If you're a bird watcher, this is a great place to see birds on the many paths.

We loved the location and grounds of the hotel and enjoyed the food in the Flying V and the Canyon Cafe. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and private. No problem with the firmness of the bed. The only real issue we had with our experience over the course of 4 days and 3 nights... More

This all started this a bid on Priceline. I wanted to get away with my wife for our anniversary and selected a resort in Tucson for $80 and won the Loews Vantana. The resort is beautifully place in the hills north of Tucson in the very upscale neighborhoods. The resort is a little older but for the price I was... More
