The hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway, and easy to get back on the freeway. The room was pretty standard although it did have a refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee maker. Didn't hear the freeway noise but certainly could hear a train horn and never saw the tracks or the train. Desk clerk was... More

Stayed at Ramada Tucson West as was attending a retirement ceremony at nearby air force base. The room was okay but why do the hotel owners let semi's with refrigeration units park on the hotel's parking lots? A semi from the business next door was parked across from my room and the refrigeration unit started up every hour! The whole... More

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. It needs some serious renovations. The bathtub was all scratched up but the room was clean. It had all the amenities of refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. The water pressure was great. It was not overpriced. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed at this motel and during the night there were loud gunshots right outside my room. In the morning the side window of the Cadillac parked next to me was completely smashed out. While I was eating breakfast someone came into my locked room and stole several items. I had noticed when I entered the breakfast room a maid... More

Overall, a good stay. However, the fire alarm started beeping at 3 AM (like a low battery). Told the front desk, no discount or service was offered due to the inconvenience.

Room was very noisy due to an interstate highway and railroad tracks very close to the hotel. The train went though almost every hour. Also, the hotel need to be remodeled as it is in very bad shape.

I have stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks and it was great. It is close the downtown, the rooms are spacious and the staff are very helpful; they are always on time whenever help is needed. The girls at the front desk and breakfast are awesome. i do recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Tucson. Thank... More

The value was not there, the price we paid and condition of the room was not comparable. I was told it was a suite but it was of a room with two beds. Will choose anotherlace to stay in the future.

If you are just looking to lay your head for a one night stay, this hotel fits the bill. The gem and fossil show was in town so the hotel became a mini market with vendors litterelly selling their products out of their rooms. It was pretty fun going from room to room to see what they were selling. Since... More
