Do not stop at this motel. The bathroom tub had been painted and the paint was peeling. The tile around the tub had not been scrubbed for some time. The towels were very thin and the bath mat was dingy. Needed to see some bleach in the wash cycle. The trim in the bedroom near the ceiling has not seen... More

The room didn't seem particularly clean. My wife noticed more than me, but I did notice things like frayed upholstery and bed spreads. We were on the opposite side from the highway so our stay was reasonably quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older facility and the wear of the years shows. It was very... More

The hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway, and easy to get back on the freeway. The room was pretty standard although it did have a refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee maker. Didn't hear the freeway noise but certainly could hear a train horn and never saw the tracks or the train. Desk clerk was... More

Stayed at Ramada Tucson West as was attending a retirement ceremony at nearby air force base. The room was okay but why do the hotel owners let semi's with refrigeration units park on the hotel's parking lots? A semi from the business next door was parked across from my room and the refrigeration unit started up every hour! The whole... More

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. It needs some serious renovations. The bathtub was all scratched up but the room was clean. It had all the amenities of refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. The water pressure was great. It was not overpriced. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed at this motel and during the night there were loud gunshots right outside my room. In the morning the side window of the Cadillac parked next to me was completely smashed out. While I was eating breakfast someone came into my locked room and stole several items. I had noticed when I entered the breakfast room a maid... More

Overall, a good stay. However, the fire alarm started beeping at 3 AM (like a low battery). Told the front desk, no discount or service was offered due to the inconvenience.
